Turning a FREEZER INTO an Ice Bath POOL (Step-by-Step Guide)

This ice bath tub has a digital temperature control, filtration system and sanitation solution for the water.
So there is no need to change the water and the temnperature of it is always what you want.

We experienced doing the icebath with a water temperature of 1 degree celsius.
After this we want to continue doing that with low temperature. As the shower in Portugal is around 16º degrees celsius and havinga fodable tub was not good for the plantet as it will spend a lot of water consuming and a lot of money on ice bags.
It's amazing for doing cold therapy, for recovery time to athletes or doing the Wim Hof Method like us and even we can set the temperature as we want.

Best not use the thin aluminum chest freezers as they easily dent and spring leaks. But I suppose it would be fine if you're careful.

How is the sealant holding? I've seen few people here that have problem with sealant after using the ozon purifier. Ozon seems to affect the sealant. And also what blue filter is that in the tank?
