    1. Its not what you say, how you say it.
    2. Listen with compassion
    3. Respond with compassion
I am ready to work my way up with these 3 tips. Thanks

Hi Alex, I just found your videos related to compassion. I realised that I sometimes communicate with lack of compassion. I am aware of that today, it took 38 years. My husband who is a compassionate person taught me how to communicate with people especially colleagues if I want to become a good leader. I was embarrassed and got shocked when I realised that I hurt some people by my way to say in the past but now I would like to practice compassion. Your videos help me a lot. Thank you.

I believe empathy is the most important skill we need to learn. If we have empathy and use it consistently, we become a better person and people appreciate who we are far more because we show we care about them.

Agreed! Empathy leads to lots of great things.

Another amazing video! I follow these all the time and use these tips in my day day interactions and it just plain works.
Not to drag in politics here, but I recall Ronald Reagan being touted as one of the great communicators of our generation. Did you ever look back into how he communicated and some of the stories of how he made it work? Thanks for posting!

Yes, Regan was an amazing communicator. He could tell such touching stories and he really connected to people.

Thank you coach... but there are some people who repeat their complaints many times, how can we deal with them in a good way?

I am looking everywhere for an example . Yes I get that these are the skills but I need to hear the examples. My mind can’t just make it up on its on because I don’t know how to do it . I keep saying the wrong things

I just saw your other comment on the first video. I'm sorry the video it's helpful to you. I don't know what to say. This video was meant to be specifically compassionate communication skills and I do share brief examples, like the one about the lost sunglasses. But, the video is not supposed to be a video that is about examples of compassion. The title and description explain that it is about skills. Maybe there are other videos out there on other channels that give examples of compassion that will help you.

    Hi Alex!
I have seen quite a few of your videos; and, I think you do a terrific job!
By any chance, do you provide training for those who would like to start a RUclips channel?
    Blessings to you, my friend!
    Jeff

Hi Jeff. Thanks for the compliment. I don't do any type of training like that. I'm just learning all of that myself. I recommend the following channels that I personally watch. Justin Brown Primal Video, Roberto Blake, Video Creators, and Sean Cannell's Think Media. Essentially, I've just taken their advice every step of the way.
