Hi, at 5:42 I could feel that the left and right clips popped out, but the seatbank is still sitting tight for me and won´t move. Are the seats originally glued or is there some more trick to remove it? I worry to damage the leather, actually I just need to remove the screw to remove the plastic cover to reach the speakers.
hello sorry for late reply, under the seat is kind of sticky, sometimes, I just kept wiggling both sides as seen in the vid, try to wiggle the back of the seat as well. as long as your not praying up just on one side the leather should be fine. keep me updated
@@luckycarguy Thank you for your reply. :) I saw your video several times now and could see that you pull for a very quick moment on the upper back side, that´s what I did yesterday, I pulled there and heard 2 little sounds, 1 was like this crrk sound from a little stickiness (without damaging) and the second was after a bit wiggling another plopp and I could finally remove it thanks to your video. I owned a Firebird before, there was 2 screws and a lot easier to remove that. I was planning anyway to do a video on the experiences I had with Toyota last year, thinking if I should do one for the seat bench based on your video, I would give you credit if this okay for you.
Thanks a lot bro thats help me 👍🏽
Anytime , I’m glad it helped
Very helpful! Thank you!

Definitely a good video! I didn't want to mess up my rear seat trying to get it out!
I'm glad it helped

How do you now assemble the lower part of the rear seat ?
the part where you sit in? theres metal taps that go into place.. the upper part had bolts
@@luckycarguy ok thanks 👍🏻
