Very informative video. The background music could have been a little softer.

And less like a advertisement from the last century. It felt really like a satyre.
If anyone watched "The Boys" recently, they also use such music for their in-universe ads.

I think that you will find that the reason that plants can’t grow in moon dust is because it has no microbial life in it to make it habitable for plants. Much of what the video raved about was understood over thirty years ago at least, so why they still going over old stuff. The lack of understanding about plants and so-called waste was disappointing at least, when a plant grows fruit the fleshy part is to feed the seed, when a plant drops its leaves and branches that also is food for the plant or future plants depending upon its lifecycle, there is no waste. I hope that you seriously don’t pay these people.

    Plants in Space!
The vid introduces the viewer to what's going on but I personally found the background music too distracting and felt it took away from the research and aspirations being developed.

How about bioreactors to grow animal tissues for protein?

When Steven Spielberg made E.T. it was a plant. That's why it could bring other plants back to life. Bet you didn't know that.

How much space do you have? You will have to grow several dedicated acres of plants to feed 4 adults over the course of a year.

Are plants also good for natural CO2 scrubbers? How much of the food ISS astronaut eat are grown on ISS?

I enjoyed the video. Should make like astro310 (USAFA) explaining such things orbits, launch windows, interplanetary trajectories etc. making this suggestion to teach all our fellow Australian’s about space travel and opportunities to create launch vehicles and travel deep space building a moon base delta V requirements such as 11.2 km/S a good book on subject Space Propulsion Analysis & Design by Humble,Henry, & Larson part of Space Technology Series. We should ask ourselves do we want to go to the moon and then to mars???

Would have been very interesting. Unfortunately, music (music? more precisely, noise hiding your words). I would have been glad to listen until the end if only I could have understood what you were saying. A great pity considering how interesting your subject is. Why, why, why why? why add noise over someone talking, I will never understand. Goodbye.
