His name is Desmond Wilford. One of the best in the business. He's worked with multiple NBA players. You're not training hard if you are not working with Desmond!

not true, lifting heavy does not make someone go through physiological adaptations that lifting with more reps. For example, on the squat In the 1-3 rep range is ideal for a basketball player's vertical jump and ability to overcome inertia.
Of course. Why wouldn't a collegiate basketball player be doing olympic lifts or unilateral work? He doesn't need to jump, put his fut in the ground and cut, or be strong on one leg. I know what he DOES need though...Biceps!
actually u ilostmyaccount is the one who's no making sense because u dont know anything about weights.. with small wight but with a lot or repetition u can become stronger really fast n last longer.
Great Video! The workouts were very good and unique. I can appreciate the sport specific training and the sequences you used. Very good workouts and well thought out! Check out Optimum Basketball! Just released a new video.

yh these type of drills develop explosive power and strength. If he lifts heavy hes gonna lose his speed and quickness ??
but i know(i think) that to streghten muscles you must do high weights and less repeats!
