HI! Please, can you do a test engraving and cutting with Roly and Xtool?
Which of the two engraves more detailed and faster and which cuts the same type of material faster.
From what I have searched the internet I have not found anyone doing such a test to exemplify the differences in laser spot size, becouse from the specifications on Roly's website the laser spot is larger than Xtool's.
From what I understand Roly's 30 W model does not engrave very detailed. However the 30W laser module also has the option to work at a lower power, at 10W. In this 10W mode can't it engrave more detailed?
Thank you very much for your explanations!

      Hi
I did a couple test and yes the 30w is for big cutting while the 10w is really details engraving and cutting. The 40w from stool is the same since it is a very hot laser creating charring and won't let you do small details. Is like comparing a mini-torch and a flamethrower.

@@AlivePixelCreates Very interesting what you said that the Xtool 40W can't engrave very detailed. On their official website they say that the laser spot is 0.08*0.10 mm, for Xtool 40W. Compared to Roly 30W the laser spot is significantly larger.
For comparison Roly 30W has a much larger spot 0.06 x 0.14 in the 10W version, and in the 30W version the spot is 0.30 x 0.12.
I wonder how is it possible that Roly can engrave much more detailed than Xtool, having such a large spot compared to Xtool?
Thanks for sharing! All the best!
