I have been trying to heal for over 4 years now. Very little progress has been made.

The first three years are usually all about trial and error. Finding what works for you and what doesn’t because this process looks different for everyone. It got easier for me around my 4th to 5th year and it now feels like second nature for me to prioritize my peace above all else. You’re always more capable than you think, show yourself some grace for being brave enough to step into your healing to begin with. Sending you love on your journey💗
