I’m a yoga teacher and I also bought this program in 2021 and I have just remember I never completed it 😅 you did so well! I actually agree that u can find this FOC but it took me now this 3 years with many different movement teachers to figure out the drills she share there in the program. I do wish I completed it in 2021 - but I think I’ll give it a go now again. I love your approach to it 🙏🏻 you did great! ❤️
Thanks so much😊It took a whiiiile for me to finish. On my own I doubt I would've gotten anywhere (too impatient). Where did you find your movement teachers? Yess, you can always try again and there's no rush at all🍀
What an interesting journey. Your capturing the day-to-day challenges really let me know that this program would be like. I particularly liked the Q&A section and hearing how you had rehabilitated your wrists. Well done. I also appreciated the clear, high quality video, humor and candor.
I wasn’t sure whether to purchase this when I didn’t know exactly what this involved. Also given that I’m over 50 and never been flexible, I just wanted to make sure that I at least had enough ability to do it. The prehab and wrist strengthening was good to know. Your video was just the inspiration that I needed, even the fact that it took you 11 months to get through it. So thank you so much for sharing your journey. Very interesting what you experienced with the wrist braces restricting your movement and probably making things. Just goes to show that our bodies like to be moved.
Thanks for your comment, Rachel! Practice makes progress :) My body needed strength more than flexibility. I did restart week 1 many, many times. But at some point I built up enough strength to feel secure enough to progress. If the moves are super hard on your body, you can always scale down the number of sets. I shamed myself a good number of times for not being able to "keep up." Then I figured, who am I competing with or comparing myself to? It's my pace. I am progressing. That's what's important. Yesssss. I still sit here typing this comment without the wrist braces😁 Have fun and good luck with the program!! 🍀🍀
I just got the program based on this. I have RSI on one wrist and had it for ages. It has improved in the past but I lacked structure for my exercises. I got hunted by the ads and discount and I kind of dig the idea that I might be able to do handstands.
This is fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I stumbled upon a FB ad and it looked interesting. You answered all of my questions very candidly and I enjoyed watching. Now I just have to decide whether this old lady 🙋♀can handle it.
New subscriber here. I love your sense of humour. Thank you for the video. Stared the program last year july but got knee pain that was so bad that i just gave up completely. This video just gave me the courage I need to try again so thank you. I think I was moving way too fast the last time. I will be more careful this time and listen to my body. Love from Nigeria. PS: the ads hunted me down too......
For the crow u can also put your knees on top of your elbows / as high as u can to the armpit/ (at the thriceps) ❤️ if your body allows it - it’s much easier to balance :)
Thank you for sharing your experience! I purchased her beyond flexibility program, I believe (I can't remember, because I returned it!) during the pandemic. I wanted to improve my squat mobility, but the assumption was that one could already squat (my hips were tight and I have always had limited mobility in my ankles). I figured she would address all the components of a better squat, but nope, she just got into (a very deep) one and kept progressing things from there. Thankfully, her return guarantee worked no problem, so customer service was good, but the lack of gradation in her exercises made me wonder exactly who the heck it was for.
My pleasure (it helped me push through hehe)😊Sounds like an opportunity for her (or whoever is knowledgeable on that) to take on "The components of a better squat" or "how to get into a squat when you have tight hips without injuring yourself." I'm curious about her other programs. TCP wasn't that much of an easy start for me either so I just kept repeating week 1 until I felt secure/strong enough to carry on. (A few months back, I tried to on my own follow daily random front split routines, but felt a stinging sensation in my hip on day 5 and figured it would be smarter to stop doing these static stretches, and maybe go for a guided program instead that'd ease me into deeper mobility.) You say your hips "were" tight. Did you try other methods to open them up? Yep, great when return guarantees are granted as promised! 🙏
Great video! 😊 I bought this program during the beginning of the pandemic, and never finished after a few tries! 😂 Maybe I'll give it a go again, although I won't be brave enough to film myself.
The things we did in lockdown, hehe. How about filming, even if it's just for you? (Ok, I take dance classes and I don't always follow my own advice because I feel too shy in the moment to push my phone into a stranger's hands and feel even more watched/pressure to execute the choreo well). But filming does help to catch mistakes or things you could improve👀
You are so hilarious and I need your sense of humor bcs I'm struggling with myself 😔 building a good habit for my mental health is hard indeed and this video helps me to not giving up. Subscribed 😂😂
Never give up on yourself 🙏 It took a whiiiiile to do the 28-day course. But I finished 💅 I did compare myself to others at first but I only felt annoyed with myself. At some point I said, whatever, I'll just go at my own pace and finish whenever I finish🤷🏻♀🥸
Which hand balance would you like to learn? 🤸🏼👀

I also gave it but didn't complete it. Might look into it again!
This video is amazing! I love the details, the Excel sheet, the editing and your sense of humour!!
Glad you enjoyed it 🙏💜 In a way, vlogging everything helps me 1. with content 😂 and 2. to actually finish/do something
I’ve bought this programme recently and done a couple of the prehab videos and found them tricky so stopped! Will keep trying now. Thanks!

Thanks for watching along and for your feedback, Linda! 🙏 Appreciate your support 💗 Progress was there, but slooow. Or maybe just 'at my own pace'

Yay, glad it was helpful! 😊 Any age is a great age to start/learn something new 👀
@@DENADAGRACIA I did purchase it! Looking forward to getting started! Thanks! Kristen
omg I've been wondering about this forever - this video was sooo well made
Yay hope it helps you decide whether or not to follow those pesky ads 😛
And thanks 🙏 took a while to make🙈
Thank you this was helpful. I’m about to start this programme.
Thank you 🙏Oeeh have fun, best of luck🍀😊

This was a terrific review! Thanks for sharing your experience and lessons learned.
Appreciate it ❤️
Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for watching 👀
This was so fun and funny and informative 😅 thank you because it just motivated me to start the program after I bought it more than a year ago 😂
😂 happy you enjoyed watching hehe! uh, I'm guilty of that with 1 or 2 other programs 🙈 Enjoy and good luck🍀🧘🏻♀
Looks pretty good, nice one. Love cycling myself, works great for me.
Thank youuu😊 Yep, cycling is awesome 😄
great progression!
thanks for noticing 😊 one-armed handstand, here I come! (joke, nowhere close to a freestanding one, even on both hands)

I tried this in the gym last week. I'll need some more practice 😄

Killing core
Hard as steel (I wish)
Her program looks an awful lot like just my regular yoga classes 😅😅
Did she say how much it is & I just missed it?

Not the pop. 😢
Sorreh 🙊 It was pinching me
Is this video sponsored?
I wish😄
P.S. But if you like it enough to think it *could be sponsored, I definitely take that as a compliment

It could have been 🧐 These classes are shorter than a regular class (around 15 mins each), with core training 3x a week too
