First Idle 2JZ w/ GSC S1

  • 1994 Toyota Supra turbo. 65k miles. Car had a Blitz body kit and white pearl paint job, bought it to restore. Valve stem seals were going bad, figured that was a good enough reason for cams.
    GSC S1 7030S1
    Brian Crower BC0300S Springs/Retainers
    PHR billet tensioner pulley bracket
    Exhaust is 3.25" from turbo back.
    Manual boost controller set to 17PSI
    All of the old parts were original, 22 years old.
    Other new parts:
    Valve stem seals, water pump, crank seal, cam seals, timing and serpentine belt tensioners, idler pulleys, PCV valve/hoses, timing/serpentine belts, and valve cover gaskets.

    What you use to clean the block when you took off the head.. most guys don't machine the block

    Man these supra prices are going insane for a 2j turbo stick decent mileage here would run from 30 being shity condition to 60k being good Canadaian btw .... Like UHHHH soon skylines are gona go up too with the 34 being legal soon in the Us
