8 years old I took drum lessons.. I didn't have the patience for it.. 8 years later I bought a drum set justdrummer's p iss everybody off.. the self-taught drummer thing I can definitely relate..lol
Lots of anger in her and very immature thinking. The propose of the drummer and the bass player is the serve the music not the other way around. This from a pro drummer in the business for over 50 yrs
The music is lacking something. You can't just play one style and expect people to see you as one the level of the greatest drummers. This promotion of females for gender sake is getting old.

His wives felt that I had his spirit and gave me the name. Those drums can say literally anything and they cover the range. Drums do not belong to black men, they belong to drummers and as far as the drumset goes Sarah Thawer is very exciting and has extras that her contemporaries may lack. For me only Larnell has that same personality with amazing chops. They are quite similar although he is black.
Yoo are weird. Even in this clip Sarah covers a fair few styles. I have heard her play rock, jazz, banghra, reggae, reggae ton, punjabi beats, afro beats and afrobeat. Sarah is there because of her skillz and personality not because of gender.
