I did a whole transmission swap on my lexus sc400 last summer the hardest part are those top upper bolts 🔩 around the transmission.. you need a super extension as far as you get it in there to reach. you barely have enough head space to see and flash light to see the bolts so you can grab them with the extension. And then you need to loosen all the bolts that's a son of a bitch to get to lol between the transmission and the engine in order to drop the transmission there's like 6 bolts.. If you don't have a transmission jack a regular big jack will be ok just put a peace of wood under it so the transmission does not slide off and hurt someone.
i hope a company can pick this up cause its a dream of mine to have a sc400 with a manual

Didn't change the ECU. Just need to get the ATEMU wired in. Our other videos on this swap will talk about the need for that
