I feel like Giving Niles this inheritance and letting it stick could've been a good move for the series finale.
I feel like your trying to tell me that later in this episode they are going to play one of those sitcom dirty tricks and reverse the UNO card on Niles’ ass. I hate when they do that.

LOL! My other favorite C.C. zinger was the time when she walked in on Niles imitating Fran sitting on Maxwell's desk and she goes, "Well, if it isn't Priscilla, queen of the *dessert,"* knocking his weight in the process. 😂
The details in this show are consistently incredible. The nectarine pit on the plate is one great example.
Even better: watch Fran's eyes at 3:45, right after she asks Max where he's going and the camera changes.
There is a subtle shift in her gaze while she's looking at Max before they have a little kiss. These little details really bring the show to life.

Years, years later, I still laugh at this tv show as if I was discovering it for the first time. It will FOREVER be my favorite sitcom, including F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Can’t believe sitcoms years are over-my best years for sure.
I find it so cute how Fran starts to pick up Max's way of talking, " in this house day "
It always cracks me up when Rodney hooks his own mouth after Max says he ordered fish.
I wish they had continued with this format and not ended. I really loved seeing them grow.
Rodney is Maxwell Caulfield (Michael) from the film, Grease 2, opposite Michelle Pfeiffer! Yup, his name really is Maxwell in real life - how ironic.

I'm starting to think someone in Lauren's family keeps putting up comments in other names to keep saying CC is beautiful.
She's attractive of course but they are appearing in abundance on the Nanny videos.
I think after the nanny they should have done a spin off with cece and Niles because she was pregnant shown us how she changes as a person and how her children make her caring but she still has a i am better then everyone attitude and she also feel needed and loved

'Broad' is another term a woman. In other words, a broad-based curriculum could be taken to mean that it only applies to females. 😂

It's not very common anymore in America since it's of a previous generation's slang, and also has negative / rude connotations.
