As someone who lost his dad to suicide when i was 11, this song made me tear up. The intro seemed something i'd hear in a Being as An Ocean song and after hearing it in the outro it was very haunting. Like the echoes of the past you hear in your mind when thinking about the times you spent with the one you held so dear. So beautiful song.

Dakota's vocals on this are out of this world. Especially the 2nd Verse is absolutely phenomenal, the little nuances he puts in his performance. Most underrated vocalist in the scene.

Every once in a while I find a song that feels like someone climbed inside my head and pulled out my emotions and used them as lyrics. I've lost a lot of loved ones, my father, my best friends, and eventually, almost myself. This song is so accurate it hurts and I've listened to it at least 50 times today with no chance of stopping anytime soon. Thank you, I needed this and I truly mean that.

Lost my uncle due to a fire accident in April last year. When we came to the scene, the fires were still alive, and him not so much. It was very traumatic for me, but what ruined me more was not being there at an hour or a minute when I still could've helped. "Too far to touch, too close for peace" describes my feelings so much in that a part of me still longs for him here, and a part of me now just wants to forget. Thank you, HF, for capturing my pain through a wonderful track.

This hits my emotional feeling i lost father in 2010 when i was 6 and last year i lost my grandmother in december 17th. 💔
Very emotional song my grandmother aurora passed away of cancer in 2019 and my cousin Jose died of a car crash at age 21 these lyrics describes my pain I was feeling since the day my loved ones died of cancer years ago this song hits me home in my broken heart 💔 losing my loved ones is the hardest thing in my life I turn to deep depression after my grandmother died at age 80 I was drinking beer crying and felt devastated of my loss of my grandmother it was hard on me this song is my therapy right now amazing banger wow deep song amazing performance hollow front love you 😘
