A classic sweet from childhood. Simple and very popular, not only with children, but also with adults. This is the only way I make them, they are soft, fluffy and taste great on their own 🙂❤ These pancakes are also fantastic with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and warm raspberry sauce. We need:
500g smooth flour ( all purpose flour)
3 eggs
100g sugar crystals
500ml water
500 ml of milk
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp of salt
50 ml of oil
Filling:
Powdered sugar + ground cinnamon + 1 vanillesugar
Powdered sugar + cocoa
Jam

Zdravím😊 So sóda bicarbonou som trochu opatrnejšia, lebo podla mojich skúseností mení chuť cesta😕 Ak sa dá viac než sa má, cestám dá takú čudnú, nedobrú chuť. Pri prášku do pečiva sa mi to ešte nestalo👍🙂 Ja používam ale do palaciniek vždy len kypriaci prášok.
