    The langoustines are best eaten immediately after frying. When we prepare them at home, we can enjoy hot, fresh langoustines without having to wait in line in front of a stand or to be served at a restaurant.😊
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 kg / semi-coarse flour
    500 ml / milk
    250 ml / sour cream
    10 g / dried yeast
    a pinch of sugar
    1 teaspoon / baking soda
    salt
    garlic
    fat for frying
    APPROACH:
    First, mix all the loose ingredients - flour, yeast, sugar, baking soda and salt. Gradually add milk and sour cream. We make the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
    We make as many loaves from the dough as we need at the moment and cover the remaining dough and put it in the refrigerator. We can use it even in a few days.
    We spread each loaf with our fingers on a pancake and fry them in a sufficient amount of hot fat (they must float) until golden yellow.
    Finally, rub them with garlic mixed with a little water and salt, season with ketchup and tartar sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    TIP: When preparing homemade langoustines, we can adapt the recipe to our dietary needs. For example, we can use gluten-free flour or low-fat cottage cheese.
