Mix peppermint & cinnamon oil with water in a spray bottle Shake it and spray as needed. Safe around your pets. Wish I had room for a tire machine indoors. My harbor freight sucks.
I used one of those manual machines for many years early in my drifting career. At one point I had it mounted in the back of my truck to change tires at the track. At one point my buddies and I were changing 15" tires in under 2 minutes. Its hard work.
I did some trading for an older Harbor Freight tire machine that’s actually pretty good. It’s the one with the power tilt on the mast. One drawback is that it’s 220v so I did have to make a big extension cord to use it. I have been replacing the air lines one at a time cause they’re all crapping out on me. It works great so no complaints. That third hand would be nice. I was thinking of rigging one up but I don’t know. I don’t use it enough to justify something like that.
A machine would be nice, but no space for one, so I made myself a small portable bead breaker, and I bought a bubble balancer, and lever bars. It's hard work, breaking them down, and levering them on and off, but atleast I can do all my repairs/swaps from home. All my local tyre shops won't deal with me anymore, due to recent changes in the law, and only being able to sell their own tyre's, so I was forced to do things myself. Its OK tho, I've done about 10 tyre's, so far, with my shitty setup, and no issues with leaks or vibrations or anything

took my machine apart had a shattered piston and a hole in the spot the piston goes..fixed it now question is ...there was oil in bottom of motor about 1" deep ..does this motor take oil ?? there is a plastic fill plug on top of motor but have no idea of how much oil to use if any ..any help would be great ..thanks
you can get it here, but you might get a better price calling your local hunter dealer. That's what I did and the guy met up with me in a random parking lot to drop off the part. equipmentcity.net/catalog/_eq_-tire-changer-motor-air-distributor

The third hand is handy but you can get fancy with clamps and prybars in a pinch and get it done
Rats can chew through practically anything if you give enough time! Good job on the channel!
