I wanted to say hello but I was kinda star struck honestly lol big fan and the fact that you were in this contest was a big reason why we decided to do it and drive down from Massachusetts. I want to drop this right here. The loyal brand did me real good recently. ordered my blurple RISE shirt and another shirt on April 20. on April 27, I received a refund on part of my order. turns out the other shirt I ordered was out of stock. It happens. I've run an online warehouse myself and it is impossible to be 100% accurate on stock. so I got my refund for the out of stock shirt and was gonna order an alternate, but I forgot with exams and stuff coming. well when I got my neversate shirt, they threw in the alternate i was gonna order for free! that's darn good service! (And a little spooky!)

    Especially very heavy tire flipping!
I just joined a new gym and they have 3 tires, but I have never flipped a tire before.
The 2nd of which is about 550 which I was able to flip 4 times, but I was unhappy with my technique and feel I can do better with much less risk of injury with proper technique.
The heaviest tire is approximately 760 lbs and I want to flip it at some point!

Awesome job Brian! I just have to say I'm in my 40's and just do regular weight lifting stuff. I just want to look relatively good and maintain strength as I get older. I have no aspirations to try a single rep or workout that you do. I say that to say that's how much I enjoy your videos and watching your channel. I watch even though I'm never going to try any of this shit that you do. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. It's working for you and you'll blow up soon enough. It's going to happen and you deserve it. I'm really glad I found this channel. You are a great youtuber...and seemingly a great person in general.

Hey Brian, I recall in one of your videos, or maybe it was in a comment, you mentioned you broke your back before. Do you mind if I ask how it happened? I hurt my back squatting last year. Not sure if it was just bad form, or if it was just a freak accident that'll never happen again, but I've been afraid to squat because of it, and I feel like it's holding back my training. Strangely enough, I have no problem deadlifting, or overhead pressing, so I feel that I've recovered enough physically, but I guess I'm asking if you have any tips to get over the mental aspect of it.
