Dayum.... just.. dayum. I learned about Swamp Dogg a week ago and this is just great. Can't believe I've never heard of you before then. Thank you for your music, and thank you for one last John Prine song in my playlist
I bought his album Rat On, back in 1971. He was getting a lot of air play on KSAN in San Francisco. What a voice and great lyrics. I'm grabbing the album now.
I enjoy listening to your music there are plenty interesting stories that I could smile and laugh about I new your father Jerry Williams he was a beacon in the community a very bright light to look up to I enjoyed you when you came down to visit him and your Rolls-Royce in your El Caballero with the phone in the Rolls-Royce and your chauffeur name Jesse but I guess it was only right and you'll be half 2 tell your daughter I was too poor to marry her I was looking for you to make a song out of that tell Debbie I said hi and I'm sorry I walked out the room that day but my love Still Remains the Same I never look back and I never answered her call and I hope I can be forgiven out of all these years

What a genius! Larry should be one of the greatest soul stars this earth has seen, but he‘s only soul musics best kept secret. What a shame 😢
