Pizza flatbread:
- Jospeh’s pita
- pizza sauce
- turkey pepperoni
- Mexican shredded cheese
- pineapple chunks
Bake on 400 for 14-18 minutes
Cabbage:
- head of cabbage
- turkey sausage (12 oz)
- onion (one whole onion)
- potatoes (1.5lbs)
- chicken broth (4 cups)
- seasoning I use Florida Everglades , garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper
Peel potatoes, chop all ingredients, and add 4 cups of chicken broth to pot boil for 30 minutes on low until potatoes are soft.

Yesss I love doing the pita pizza for lunch. I add cottage cheese to mine though to add a ton of protein. I do the cottage cheese under the sauce.

Target has low cal ice creams that are in their store brand pints. They're kind of mixed in with th e regular ones but way better than halo tip imo. The s'mores is my favorite. Highly recommend. I can't go to target without getting at least two now

I do the same thing with the PP shakes. I usually either do half one half the next or split in 3 like you. Basically usually it as a creamer! They are so dang expensive it’s hard for me to justify 1 a day!

Love your videos!!! But one-third of 30 (grams of protein of whole bottle) is 10...so each serving is 10 grams of protein. Just want to make sure you're getting the correct amount of protein daily...
FYI on the ashwaganda, it’s not good for people with thyroid conditions.

Protein coffee is so good .... however you said you use it 3 times so 10 grams of protein not 15

The mustard on the eggs is really throwing me off cottage cheese, though I could see being really good with the eggs
