    I made the breakfast bowls this morning. Loved it. I used dehydrated hash browns for the potatoes and added onions. I put over easy eggs on top.
    Yesterday I made the turkey and bacon sandwiches for lunch. Yummy. Both meals are filling .

      @@peacefulinspirations7312 Ohhh, I LOVE this!! Binge eating was always my downfall. I never realized it until a couple years ago!! It's definitely hard to overcome!! But we got this!!!

    This filling was sooo good. Served it over ready to serve rice from Aldi. Added 1 T Velveeta shreds cheese , 1 T sour cream( only had regular) and diced fresh tomatoes. 6 points of deliciousness! Thank you so much for this recipe. Already got my brain going if other ways to use it. ❤ I forgot to add I only had 96% lean beef so that added to the points. My husband just finished his and said he would eat that anytime.

      Yay!! I know!! Isn't it crazy how versatile it is??? That's what I love about throwing different things together. We can all just add or remove what we like and don't like and come up with our own thing to use it with. Love that everyone is being so creative with it!!! 💕

    Made the taco meat and had it with 2 oz of pasta instead of potatoes. So good with 1 T of sour cream.

    I use eggs, egg whites and stir in some non fat greek yogurt to make egg bakes or scrambled eggs. Makes an easy protein meal. Thanks for sharing your recipes!

      @@PlanningUsHealthy I know but years of yo yo dieting has definitely messed up my metabolism and even as a child I really didn’t eat very much! I love food but I am never very hungry!🥴🥲🤣

      Totally understand about the metabolism!! Sounds like we need to find the in-between for the two of us! I don't need to be hungry to eat!! We need to mesh and we'd both be right on!! LOL

      Hi there! Usually on the other two days of the week, it's things on repeat, like a breakfast sandwich for breakfast or a smoothie, or I may bring a cottage cheese or yogurt bowl. Lunch usually rotates between a big salad of some kind, tuna salad, or chicken salad. Or I'll use some of a protein I cooked up, like in this week one day I did some of the chicken with a can of green beans - usually something simple, quick, and healthy. If I'm working from home or on the weekends, those are when I usually show in my What I Eat in a Day videos to show what I'm eating. Hope that's helpful. 😊

      LOL! And yes, we just do 3 days, and then 2 of the days are something simple like a sandwich or salad, or if we have a day we go out for lunch at work.

      Yes, it does now. I want to say there was a time on the old program it was zero, but I can't be certain.

    Is breakfast 289 or 389 calories at the beginning you said 389 calories at the end ?

      I put words up on the screen at the end to correct that it should be 289 (I just rounded it to 290). The original recipe was 239 calories, but since I added in 50 calories of the egg whites, that's what changed it for me. So, it just depends on if you use the original recipe or add in the egg whites. As always though, all brands are different, so always add the calories in your own tracker to get the calories for the way you make it. :)
