I used to do a lot of gabbing in the beginning of my videos, but now I've just been trying to have the video be about the food and what I'm making and not so much about me. I do chat videos once in a while, so I save the chatting for then. (Although I do have an upcoming What I Eat in a Day video coming out today or tomorrow where I do a bit of gabbing in the beginning, but there's a reason for it on this one 😉). I just recently discovered your channel and I am loving your different food ideas for prepping! I work at a school and having my breakfast and lunch pre-prepped helps so much! Plus changing it up each week, takes me from getting too bored. I am on WW and have only lost 30th s since Aug 22, so I need to get back on to losing again with me going back to work. Hi there! So glad you found me! Welcome!! :) CONGRATS on your weight loss. I would say to ditch that word "only". Any weight loss is incredible. I'm now to the point where I'm more focused on healthy that I shoot for 1/2 pound a week average, and I'm so happy with that!! You got this!!! :)
I just subscribed last week. You have given me so many ideas. Meal prep really helps me. Last week I prepped adult lunchable based on this video. Folks at work thought it was a great idea and were going to try it. I prepped breakfast sandwiches for 2 days and oatmeal for 2 days. Can’t wait for breakfast! 🙃
Amen to the NO cooking. I've been eating overnight oats for breakfast, switching with some yogurt and fruit. Salads for lunch and sometimes yogurt again at night. I did grill a few chicken breasts to top the salads with. Having company tomorrow night and they all want pizza and no cooking. I'm so good with that!
