I'm going to make the egg roll dinner but I found it at Walmart "FullGreen riced" it's made with cauliflower. The entire package is 35 cals and that is zero points. It comes in many flavors. Plain, Broccoli & Califlower, and Spanish. It's good. Love your videos.

Honestly Amanda your videos help me so much and I’m not even on WW. I’m pregnant right now so I can’t focus on weight loss until my little man is born. But after he’s born and I get through the postpartum period I will be focusing heavily on weight loss and just feeling better all around. I look forward to watching your videos to help me through 🙂

Hey, Amanda! I’m on WW for the first time ever (inspired by you!) and I’m also loving it. I’ve STRUGGLED with losing the last 15 lbs of weight for the past three years with so much stopping and starting. I’m really convinced this program will get me to that goal! I have 23 points a day, which can be mentally challenging but I am loading up on that fruit, deli meat, and Greek yogurt to stay full. I also find that pairing my meals or snacks with a zero sugar carbonated beverage really helps. Anyways, just wanted to say that your WW vlogs are extremely helpful and motivating during my journey!! 🤍🤍🤍

They are the best been eating those olives forever, I stuff them with a little blue cheese! You can find them at Costco too but only the ones with pits!
I do the same for Breakfast but I use the everything bagel thins from aldi, quick saute of peper, Onion and tomato slices w Velveeta cheese, avocado, Adobo and pepper 😋 yummy

If you do OMAD you will not need to track what you eat. You can eat WHATEVER you want, the only thing you control is when and how long you eat. You can read or watch videos about it but the point is that you fast at least 18 hrs have a meal and some snacks between 1-6 hours and then you fast again. The health benefit are insane and it really helps with hormones and binge eating. It change my life, and I know it will change yours. Give it a try at least one month and you will see!!!

The minute rice cups have oil in them. That's why the points are higher but sometimes it's worth the convenience.

I struggle with mental health and that sometimes interferes with my eating
Greens are awesome, but just remember they aren’t for everyone. Unfortunately, powdered greens tend to be made with spirulina which boosts the immune system. This can trigger autoimmune conditions to flare up for those that have them. Unfortunately, that’s what happened with me. I felt great for a couple of days then my autoimmune skin condition flared up with a vengeance. So people just need to keep that in mind. I so far haven’t had any luck finding powdered greens made without spirulina.

Just an honest question;What makes you go off plan if you seem to enjoy all the foods you eat on a daily basis?Do you just get tired of trying to fit your lifestyle into this way of living or what??If you truly are doing what you seem to clog then I do not see why you just have not been able to get to your goal.Do you incorporate any exercise into your life??Not for weightloss but for daily general recommended health?
I typically just fall off tracking than I don’t realize how much I am eating. With weight loss it’s what you eat so for me if I track everyday and stay committed I see success. I exercise with walking or swimming yes!
