I had a rough experience with TSA who thought my Kaweco Brass was a bullet. I was also pulled aside once for having “ too many” charging cables (four).. Now, don’t give them a reason if I can avoid it.
Good Morning Karyna. I don’t keep a journal but more of a commonplace book. My husband called it my messy book. Not sure anyone but me could make sense of it but it works the best for me. In following your RUclips channel I have come to structure my hook a little better. At time stamp 1:54 you have a book that has a blue (or black) print what looks like a creamy color fabric cover. I love it, Can I ask what it is?
Very organized. I bring my A-5 and copies of the dated pages from my health journal. I insert the pages in my health Weeks when I get back. If I know I will be too busy while away, I might bring just copies of the A-5 journal too depending on space. I have a travel kit set up at all times with washi, stickers, scissors, HP Sprocket, so I can grab and go, even if it’s just a stop at the Library or coffee shop. For this I use the Absent Studio BAO bag.
I travel with my Bullet Journal (a Leuchtturm BJ), my weekly journal (a Traveler's like journal), my daily journal and sometimes my ink journal (but that is not very often). A always bring my currently inked pens, usually five of them, my always inked pens which are Monblanc Starwalker, Kaweco Brass and Kaweco Bronze. Puh! 😂 Have a nice trip!
Love your journals! Very organized ❤️
Thanks so much! 😊 having them organized helps me stay consistent with them!

Oh no!! Yeah I always take my pens out so they can see they're just pens.

That is the Mina Perhonen cover from Hobonichi. I believe it was in the September 2022 release.
I've heard that pointing your nibs up on the plane for take off and landing helps prevent leakage.
Yes to this!! 😊

Thanks Kathleen! I need to be better at getting stickers or ephemera while travelling.

Thanks for sharing what you travel with! 💕
Have you done you zentangles in a video? If not will you show your 9 quart design?
I do the zentangles in the 30inks30days videos. I'm not a zentangle artist by any means. I use the tutorials/patterns by Varnikikarni on Instagram.
Stay safe and have fun!
Thank you Rose!
