    This is absolutely INCREDIBLE - the 2 diaphragms meet on the inhale. That makes so much sense.

    when I play with the awareness of the interplay of the two diaphragms I feel like the breath becomes firm but also I began to warm pleasantly.

    The way I learnt Kegels though is to contract the pelvic floor on the exhale. What does Bonnie think of this`?

    I was always taught pelvic floor expands down on inhale?! :o

      because it does im still trying to understand this concept and I cant anatomically find a way this can happen naturally
