Thx for the video with extra detail on the wiring. Changing out existing with LED's on a 99 DS. Hope the cut out outs match up. My fronts are screwed on the like the rear. Lost my original switch knob and thinking about applying locktite on the new one.
You're welcome. If you haven't purchased the kit yet, I can email you a template so you can compare it to your preexisting holes. Just email rugged@rhox.us. You could try Loctite or Teflon tape. If you purchase the kit that includes a new harness, the new harness will also come with a push-pull switch. We also sell the push-pull switches separately (ACC-0002).
I watched a few videos on headlight installations and I like this video the best. Any ever have to adjust these headlights or do they all fit so well that the light beam is perfect every time?
Thanks Nathan! We haven't heard complaints on the beam. If adjustments are needed, they are usually due to the cutout made for the lights or if the cowl isn't sitting correctly.
We do! The part number is LGT-375L. This comes with a plug and play harness too so you can add accessories with a build your own kit or add them later as needed.
Technically no. You need to have no more than 12V going into the light kit. You can use one battery vs. all (4) but the downside is that one battery will drain faster than the rest. A 48V to 12V reducer will drain the batteries equally. Both solutions will work.

Do you have a factory style headlight in LED. Have not been able to find one yet,

What is the wheel and tire combo on the cart in the video?
It looks like our TIR-286-B wheel and a Mojave tire. It's hard to tell the size so either the TIR-288 or 266.
@@GolfCartInstructions Thanks.
Do you need a voltage reducer if you have 4 12v batteries in the cart?

He forgot to tell you to turn the template upside down for the other side for the headlights. You know, some people.......
Are those not orange turn signals?
They are an orangish/amber color.
Great video but get rid of crappy music so we can hear you better
Thanks for the feedback.
Great video except.......you never show the lights in operation. I think that's required for a DIY video, LOL.
Haha we can make that happen when we start filming again!
