I stumbled across this informative Video. I've owned a 2015 XRT850 since October 2019, it's essentially an updated DS with a Fuel Injected Subaru EX40 14 HP Engine, apparently they were offered with a Limited Slip Differential, unfortunately mine wasn't equipped with that option. My Club Car is still sporting the inadequate Stock Halogen Headlights. At some point I need remove the Headlights to see if they will accept a 4x6 Projector set of Upgrade Lights similar to type depicted here? Randy AKA randog311
Did you ever add the switches? Been through all your videos 5 times but didn't see anything about what switches you used or how that got set up on the dash. I could've missed and if I did please let me know. I'm getting those lights cause they are freakin' wicked awesome :D

DS is the best cart ever made. We’re gonna be driving ours 225 miles to Key West. We’re getting built right now.

Was there ever a follow up video? He mentioned a painless wiring harness and wasn’t sure about needing relays or voltage drop etc..

I have a n 1982 ds, did the headlight housing size change at a certain year or did you modify the opening for the lights ?
