I'm 30 year mechanic and kit is pretty basic but I adjust camber , toe and steering alot to get that factory style spec. So all you do it yourselfers you'll probably spend a day doing it
Best F@CKING video on RUclips!! Thank you brother!! If everyone spoke and acted like you there'd be no more idiocracy in the world!!! Very helpful Thank you sir!!
Thank you for showing us how to install this lift. The music was obnoxious though. Never will I understand WHY RUclipsrs who make 'teaching'(how-to) videos, find the need to play loud annoying music while doing so. We came to hear what you have to say without having to fight through the loud chaos...
Holy smokes...video was a big help BUT it's not easy as it looks. Frozen bushings, worn out ball joints, removing the ball joints, broken or worn out parts, trip to the parts department, busted knuckles and a big mess. Damn, now I know why they want $500+ for install.
while installing rear 6" lift kit when i lower the axle down it move the axle center abut 1 1/2" toward the front therefore leaf spring bolt no longer lines up. feel like i should lower front of engine/skid plate
any problems with belt length I installed the same lift and it loosened the belt some i now have 1 1/2 or so inches of belt deflection should I need a shorter belt or not and if so where can I get one and how much shorter. 1999 club car carryall1 fe290 motor
anyone know what size the Heims joints are, I would rather use chrome moly heims because the heims that come with these lifts are very low grade. seen a few with this lift kit that have broke after a period of time.
It looks like some of the kits come with the wrong spacer between the leafspring and the lower control arm. Adding 1/2" longer spacer will lift it about 1.5" and get it pretty close to level. I bet if you go look, you are riding on your shocks (fully compressed) and that is a indication that this kit has some design flaws and they installed the wrong spacers.
One of the best installation videos I’ve ever seen
That lower joint is not for toe in. It is to adjust camber
Disconnect your starter ground cable from the frame or it'll just rip out when installing the lift. Guess how I know :)
You know because you watched me do it?

thats camber not toe in...
Good video and very handy thank you !
I have 23" tires with 14" wheels and kit fit good
Nice video. Helped out tremendously on my lift kit.
How would you go about adding two or 4 wheels for a ultra smooth ride

I know this is old as hell but did anyone else notice the tie rod rubbing the crap out of the frame?
i put polaris rzr shocks on my kit
I was just going to say we need better shocks
That’s AWSOME what model Rzr we’re the shocks from
VERY HELPFUL YOUR AWSOME
I bought this kit for a club car precedent off amazon will the rear leaf springs still work?
while installing rear 6" lift kit when i lower the axle down it move the axle center abut 1 1/2" toward the front therefore leaf spring bolt no longer lines up.
feel like i should lower front of engine/skid plate
my leaf spring bolt does not line with center of axle after lowering
Thank u
Can this lift be combined with the torque 4wd motor kit?
I have this lift kit installed but I need about 2 more inches of clearance can anyone help me with giving my cart an extra 2 inches ?
This will work for a gas 96 ds?
does this lift kit lengthen wheelbase? if so,how much?
Can I use 8" rims with 2/5 offset? I read some where that you have to use 10" rims. seems strange to me. thanks.

Would have been just as good of a video without the annoying background music.
