Ryan, this is the BEST how to video I have found. I have the same cart as you and want to put the exact lift and wheels on it following your video. I can’t find the AllSports p/n for the lift you used. Can you provide in chat?
Why didn't you measure it while on the concrete driveway or floor in the shop to get a more accurate measurement? Also, what is the reason for wanting the tires perfectly upright? I believe a little negative camber is desireable on most vehicles, just curious what the reason for not doing the same on a golf cart would be.
Good video. I’m doing a 3” all sports lift on my precedent this weekend. I see the instructions that come with it don’t even mention needing to adjust the camber. I assume I’ll definitely be needing to do this?
I just installed this kit and you did something wrong. The brake cable plate doesn't need to be disconnected at all. And the brake cable plate doesn't go on the bottom, it goes in the middle. The square plate actually goes on the bottom, as per the instructions.
I'm tryin to find a lift kit for a tayler/dunn cushman style cart. I'll check out the golf cart supply web page you mentioned . Great channel ! Thanks, Wulfy
Fen, love the videos. Inspiring me to try my own build. What I can’t find online is how tall is a CC Prec with hardtop on a 6” lift? I have small garage doors such that my build needs to be 79-80” tall at max.
Question about shocks on a lift kit. I have installed Madjax King XD 4” lift kit and bought some Golf Cart king front shocks to replace old OEM ones. Well the new shocks only have the .5-1” of play to work with. Should I buy new OEM shocks instead, I believe they are made by Monroe.
@@levileatherwood you have to use a one inch block for the back if you use Heavy Duty springs in the rear. Not the two inch block that usually comes with it. That's what I've been told anyway.
lol, I know what you mean. I have a ezgo also that looks much better that I will be showing soon. However the club car is much newer than my ezgo and I like the ease of the club car.
I plan on doing that for next season but I'd like to know if you up graded your power supply. I have 6 Trojan batteries 2 yrs old do you have a video where you've changed your batteries and to what brand?
Im still running 2.5 year old batteries and now running the ac set up. I'm getting 35mph with these batteries but will be changing them soon. Stay Tuned.
wouldnt the cart ride better with regular leaf spring on the front instead of heavy duty leaf springs? i dont see why you need so much on front that has a lot less weight than the back wheels an you dont even use a shock on the back
Did you do away with the rear shock after installing the HD leaf springs? I did because the DIY Golf Cart channel said you didn’t need it anymore. Hopefully I didn’t make a mistake
You are the man. Great teacher. Thanks for taking time to do this.
Great editing and explanation! When I finally do get a cart I will be using this setup. Thanks!
Well that just looks like the most fun ever. I need a golf cart…
Wills and tires haha love it dude
Man, This is a nice thorough run through on performing this mod.
If you had one on a tayler/dunn , that would be great !
Thanks for the video braddah🤙🏾🤙🏾

Hey man- Random question: what specs would be a good impact wrench for jobs like this? (3/8 or 1/2” drive? , RPM?, max torque?)
Thanks!
Did you have any issues with the drivers side brake cable being too short?
Just did this had the same issue. You ever figure it out?

Very nice work man! Just can’t over the look of a club car. 🤮 lol

Did you not use the supplied bolts for the spindle body?

Do you happen to have the model number of those wheels and tires?

I usually don’t run shocks on the back of lifted golf carts.
I noticed your Gamecocks hat! What city are you located in? Go Gamecocks!
did you need longer u bolts with the springs and lift?
Great video! Do you have one for Club Cart Precedent 8" or 11" lift kit?
I do not.
hi how many miles can you go on the golf cart
I havent checked it
@@Fentertainment hi do you find them safe and nice to drive on the road
Can you advise what name brand lift you put on the cart?……thank you

@@Fentertainment Where did you purchase it from? Did you purchase online or at a local dealer?
