Your channel is so underrated. You have amazing photos and videos. You’ve got great cinematography and I love watching your stuff. Keep up the great work!
I hope this doesnt sound weird but everything about this video made me happy. From the shooting style, the quality, the music, the colors, your tone of voice just matches so well.
I had similar experiences in Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec one winter, mesmerized by all the shooting in the cold, then eager to get warm when the shooting was over. Also, the preference for moodier weather and lighting.
I really, really enjoyed this brief documentary. I could almost feel the cold. I hope to visit Hokkaido one day for the skiing, the soba and the crab. Thank you.
Thanks! Funny you say that, we filmed one short on this trip. Not sure it'll ever come out because I haven't yet checked if the footage is good enough but I do intend to at least try at some point.
It truly was magnificent, it made me smile , those photos so mesmerising, i have not seen such passion in a long time , thank you for making this showing how truly beautiful Japan is
But you were in the zone, I feel this, wonderful work, every photo a new page and new days, are shibuya, yes one of my photos from there sell many times over, great work sir.
Everytime I watch your video I get the chills. The colors, the lights, the musics, all hit right in the feels, you deserver A LOT more views. Please keep doing what you do so we could continue to have an inspiration.
Superb job as always. Without a doubt, you are the best at taking these types of photos and videos full of atmosphere. Your work is an inspiration to many. Thanks for sharing.
Just love your videos and the journey you share with us. Besides amazing cinematography your photography is beautiful and soothing. Watching all this is meditation 🙏🏻
this just became one of my favorite videos, makes me want to get out and start shooting again. also wanna make it a goal of mine to visit Japan one day. great work
@@teemu.mp4 I'm trying to get my photos to look more cinematic, particularily night photography, neon signs with model, rain, how to deal with a very dark place with very bright lights, for example
i sincerely look up to you man, your work inspires me so much, you're capturing aesthetics and moods that i dream of being able to capture. Keep up the amazing work my friend! :)
This is really lovely. I think my goal has always been to create the slightly more analog version of this kind of film. Great job telling your story and definitely saving this for suture inspiration on my trips!
I would really love to see a trilogy of videos, from the North, Center and South parts of Japan or from every bigger Island. How people are different form the North from the people from South? Can you put some light on that topic?
Stumbled on your account on instagram and was taken back straight away. Have been slowly getting more and more intrigued by creating visual content (im from an audio background) and must say yours is super inspiring! Thank you and amazing work
I've been following you on social media for quite some time. Your work is amazing and your channel is so underrated!!! Do you make use of a Cinebloom filter at all or do you let the fog act as your filter when you are able to?
You have an amazing talent , your work has standout quality that l haven't really seen anywhere before ........the package is unique including your narration and music. With your unique gift you have a great future in this field .........your name is sure to find its way into a cinematic masterpiece down the track !!!!!!
Hybrid shooting is always a compromise somewhere, I try to first shoot the main angles in video, then take a couple of quick photos, then move on to the next scene. It helps if you know your equipment and techniques by second nature.
teemu i would like to work with you. I will pay you to film a video for me and if you want i am willing to be an actor for any kind of short film ideas you have. I am going to email you shortly

Thanks very much. Generally I'll only use a promist when there is no natural fog or heavy rain/snow, although sometimes I forget to remove it lol

very beautiful, deciding to shoot photos or videos seems really hard, do you have any tips on choosing?
Hybrid shooting is always a compromise somewhere, I try to first shoot the main angles in video, then take a couple of quick photos, then move on to the next scene. It helps if you know your equipment and techniques by second nature.
@@teemu.mp4 thanks for the answer! i appreciate it very much
are you using a pro mist filter for these pics and videos?
Does sony a1 overheat when filming ?
does the camera can use anamorphic lens?
Suggestions on a less expensive camera for cinematic looking footage? 😢
It's not really about the camera, any entry level video mirrorless will do
