@@jasonbeard4713 I’m not sure I understand what’s so bad about it. Of course that particular episode I sort of see through a child’s perspective since it evokes the same feelings I had when watching it as a kid, but I remember it as charming and funny. Kind of odd and weirdly goofy with the way Jan initially sees her Aunt Jenny destiny as a bad thing, but then we meet Aunt Jenny and she’s fun and quirky and lives a fascinating life. Imogene Coca has a chance to show off her comedic timing and quirkiness in a rare context where she’s the focus of all the characters’ feelings. And it’s a unique plot (especially in that immediately post-flower power era) where young people learn to appreciate an older person as interesting and relevant. But whatever your issues with it, you are obviously free to have your perspective and I won’t argue against it.
Sid Caesar remains at the top for me, but Imogene Coca was with him all the way. She, too, is a giant. They successfully Integrated (panto-) mime into comedy.
Very sweet woman. Bless her heart.
She was an amazing comedian.
It’s Aunt Jenny! Jan’s gonna grow up to look just like her!
One of the worst scripts of any series I've seen. I'm shocked that Imogene agreed to be in that episode.
@@jasonbeard4713 You sound fun
@@EastSide-qc5oy I am, but it's a terrible episode.

Dog killers! LOL!
She is the polar opposite of aunt Edna
Imogene never changed her hair much
She has buster keaton's face
Better believe she was a great comedian she was Carrol Burnett before Carrol burnett
Never thought about it but that's right. Sid Caesar once said the only show that was equal to Show of Shows was The Carol Burnett Show.
