When you go to an expensive buffet you are supposed to come ravenous. This is a treat meal, so you're allowed to go overboard as it is the one opportunity, to try things you wouldn't normally be able to afford. I am glad you got lots of desserts and you got a second helping of what you loved. $100 for this buffet is a very good deal! Las Vegas Buffet are also expensive but sometimes there are lots of hits and misses which is a waste of food. See reviews about Bacchanal @ Ceasars Palace which has a 90min seating limit. So 10 different food stations and more choices than you can tastes so you would maybe return a second time.That said at your restaurant there is no waste and the choices while reasonable are done perfectly so really it's a matter of taste and you are not running around that can eat into that 90min. The ambiance is lovely.
