I am 59, have been eating Tofu for decades along with numerous other Asian vegetables, make my own Kimchi, spicy pickled radish, radish Kimchi and many other dishes. I appreciate your introduction , technique of preparing your traditional meals, healthy eating with a proper balance of thermal foods, Yin and Yang, the five flavors eating fresh seasonal foods properly prepared is so beneficial to the human body. Again, thank you for your time, I truly appreciate you.

@@ChineseHealthyCook Yes! I like this new "theme" format. Upbeat music and recipes that go well together for dinner. Maybe do a breakfast theme or picnic / lunch-pack? But it can be alot of work to put together (editing videos can be super time consuming). Good luck!!

Very nice. But im happy I'm not a vegan. We need a varied diet including some meat protein in moderation. I would only be a vegan if I had a plane crash onto an island with no animals or insects to eat. 😲
