ok this was annoying, thought they'd let us see some actual side by side comparisons. They clearly didn't want to risk scaring away any potential sponsors and were more concerned with that then with providing viewers with a useful comparison. How do they do with ice? Didn't actually show them blending nuts, what comes in the box? etc... This video is a fail for me.

I had a cheap bionic blend which worked. I mean for $20 It did make smoothies. I literally just got the blend jet. I have it charging. I’m excited to use it tonight. I like the cordless ones because you can rock them back-and-forth and turn them upside down.

I have bought 3 blend jets one of the originals and 2 blend jet 2.
Never had issues but i was so busy and left old liquid inside blend jet and never was able to get rid of smell. Reason why i prefer Smart mini bullet because way easier to wash. Base Never hits water but you do have to plug in to use not usb but you can also blend soups not with blend jet

@@KarinaHunternah you should get a blendjet lol. It’s way better because it’s cordless and you can move it back-and-forth and it makes perfect smoothies. With normal ones you have to rock them back-and-forth.

No se os ocurra comprarla desde España. Os cobran 30€ de aduanas y "gastos de gestión UPS". Al final os sale la batidora por 80€. Reclamas a la empresa y no contestan. Un timo.

i have a magic bullet and it sucks sooo bad :(
it's literal garbage and has always been a struggle, especially making hummus. i have to add way too much liquid to get it to blend, it just spins and spins without actually blending it. This is why im looking at the blend jet to compare. My normal size blender works WAAAAAYYYY better than the bullet x100000 but it's a bigger pain to clean, i wish i could find a small convenient one that works well.

Have you tried Magic Bullet? You might want to give it a shot.
Two years is actually good for a small portable device like that. You're expecting 90s and prior reliability when companies don't care to make them last that long.

@@KarinaHunter Almost identical, or slightly less expensive. My postmortem revealed that there was water leakage inside. One of the three round, thin rubber base feet is missing (poor sealing), so there may be a water leak inside the screw hole. Battery and cable corrosion leads me to believe that the PCB board also shorts out. Another aspect of this Blendjet that bothers me is the rubber base and cap seal, which is easily infected with black mold and can smell bad if you use it frequently and clean it insufficiently (you need to peel off the rubber using a tool and clean underneath it for both the base and cap like every time after use). It's not as simple as "just pour soap, blend, and rinse," as the commercial claimed.
I'm using Oster Mason Jar Blender now, much cheaper and easy.
