I've operated a Bridgeport manual milling machine that was attached to one of the newer DROs running Windows XP that could write out letters, instead of having to manually program them. I thought that was useful.
needless to say, a buddy of mine had the genius to attach a pencil to the head to test out the placement for the "pre-etching" stage. worked out pretty well. but now I just run the automatic enclosed ones, so I'd play minesweeper while waiting for parts.
that guy is really smart in CNC's to make music from it. LOLOL, good work

Super Video, Mit was für einem Tool hast du die "Play music (two voices)" hinbekommen? Hast du Midi in Gcode umgewandelt? Wenn ja mit welchem Tool? Bin gerade auf der Suche um auf 2 Steppern Musik spielen zu lassen ^^
Momentan steh ich noch bei Null. Geht es auch anders als mit Gcode?

WOW! Genial! Sieht genau nach dem aus was ich benötige. Jetzt muss ich "nur" noch einen kleinen G-Code Interpreter für den Arduino schreiben^^.

Da hast dir aber echt Arbeit gemacht! Midi in Gcode umzuwandeln stelle ich mir nicht gerade einfach vor. Musikalisches, Elektrotechnisches sowie Programmiertechnisches Verständnis werden benötigt. Hut ab!
Gibt es das auch als Tool zum herunterladen? Wäre sehr schade wenn die Website offline ginge und dein Midi->G-Code nicht mehr existieren würde.
Nein, es gibt keine Offline-Version des Konverters. Da ich jedoch der Betreiber dieser Webseite bin, kann ich dir sagen, dass diese Webseite mit ziemlicher Sicherheit nicht offline gehen wird. Im Gegenteil...ich bin gerade erst dabei, dieses Portal aufzubauen.

Auf deiner Seite (Homeconstructor.de), sprachst du bei der Teslaspule von ,195 MKP-Kondensatoren von WIMA (420 nF, 180 V~), diese konnte ich aber nicht finden. Wäre nett wenn du mir helfen könntest.

Ich habe schon welche gefunden.
Jedoch stellt sich das besorgen eines vernünftigen Trafos als schwieriger da und ich wollte fragen ob sie da vielleicht einen Tipp hätten, wie z.B. eine Leuchtreklamefirma die noch welche der alten ohne Sicherung haben.

+o0Vion70o es wäre aber kein Problem so schnell zu fräsen, da es sich um Holz handelt, mit der richtigen Drehzahl und hm Werkzeug ist viel möglich (: nur müsste man bei mehr Vorschub die Platte besser spannen dass diese nicht wegrutscht
The fact that Mach can't do a full circle without stoping in the quadrants bugs me a lot, hope you already switched to LinuxCNC!
Mach3 handles full circles without stopping just fine. He wasn't running constant velocity in the drawing demo. One click of the mouse turns constant velocity on or off at your discretion.

Auf einer Fanuc 30i oder Siemens 840 D gehts nicht mit der music :P

This is not a cnc milling machine, it's a cnc router. Milling machines can cut steel.
CNC routers are CNC milling machines, they are just set up for large flat stock instead of tall stock. Most milling machines like the type you are referring to are table style machines that move a tall piece of stock under a stationary spindle, whereas this type of machine holds the stock stationary and moves the spindle on a large gantry. Both machines can cut cut steel, this type is simply better at plate stock rather than tall stock.
You, sir, are full of shit. There are many differences, not the least of which are rigidity and power. This machine will not cut steel. Not only does it lack the rigidity, but the router used for a spindle spins way too fast. Even if you were to try it, you would destroy the spindle.
I am not arguing that this machine would cut steel as well as a table style mill. Obviously this specific machine is set up for cutting wood and plastics rather than ferrous metals, however the type of machine, a gantry CNC router, is still a CNC milling machine since it uses computer data to mill a toolpath. If this machine had a larger more powerful spindle it would easily be capable of milling steel, albeit not as quickly as a table style machine but nonetheless capable. I have seen people mill steel with significantly less rigid machines than this.

it a milling machine... milling machine can cut anything... plastic wood steel... maybe cnc router can only cut one type of item...
