Just bought these on eBay new took a chance on them and am still a little hesitant to admit that they’re not my style as I love more of my nicks and whites mp style like yourself but mine are steel toe. For work and the only problem right away is they were 10.5E…I thought they were D. So now I got my heel slipping a bit but I hope with time I can get them wor to my more narrow foot. Also, I’ll get the resoled and tightened if I must I love the way they look
How did you find the sizing? These seemed to be very easy on the feet, and without lots of seams (like found in moc toes) break in should not be hard if sizing is correct.
Nice video and very helpful. It is tremendously difficult to find quality footwear for women. I hope you will make more videos in the future that review shoes for women. :)
Got the Mrs a pair of Red Wing engineer boots in copper rough and tough. Like yourself I was fed up of her buying rubbish boots that wouldn't last. She loves them although she's only wearing the left one at the moment due to having a broken right ankle. They cost £299 but you get what you pay for.
I am kinda hoping she will be converted to "proper" boots from here on in! The quality and through-away nature of high street footwear has been a frustration.
@@DevonReviewer The hard part for me was getting her to try them in the first place. Now she's converted to quality footwear. Did your wife have trouble getting them on and off to begin with? It took about 2 weeks before it didn't need two of us to get her boots on. I've read that is normal for pull on type boots.
Why do women's boots always have better color options than men's boots? Like burgundy and light grey, for example? If you want those colors, you have to order used ones from Japan, for 3 times the normal price. Plus shipping costs...
I've also felt the frustration of seeing my wife buy boots i dont rate. At least i know know you arent Stephen Marchent also! (you sound almost exactly like him)
Sorry to shatter the illusion... of course if I were Stephen Merchant I could easily afford a stunt double to throw viewers off the scent and so I could continue to review boots in anonymity... just sayin'

Love the distressed wear on them
What’s the sizing and fit for these? Go half a size down or a full size?
Are these the same boots from the 2 years old video or another pair ?
Some guys like colors other than black and brown, damnit!!!

At 3:28 he reveals his secret identity.
Aha, but did you notice I was wearing a fake beard and spectacles?
Just think, if you(or your wife)would condition and care for the boots as you go along how much more and better their general state would be...
