I used the nu derm system for 3 months then stopped as my skin clinician said its harmful if we use it for too long. I started using zo akin health brightner however i didnt achieve the same results like the nuderm. Can i go back to this system and for how long?
As always we say to talk to your physician, but Obagi Nu derm is not harmful longterm. Once you get back to using it, you can use it for maintenance just a few times a week!
Hello! You can bring the product down your neck, but keep in mind our skin is different here and may be more sensitive so try a test spot to make sure your skin can handle it.
what about when travelling while still doing the system? is there a mini travel size option on any products for the nu derm system? I have an upcoming extended international travel (about a month) and don't really want to lug all full size bottles. Can i go to maintenance with just cleanser, toner, hydrate and sunscreen for a few weeks? and resume full program when i am back. I will be about 16 weeks into the program when I leave
Hi Jean! We have travel sized cleansers, toner, and the Sun shield matte. If possible, I recommend staying on as many of the products as you can. If you can’t then yes take the cleanser, toner, hydrate, and spf! When you return you can get back on the system.
Hi Kellie! This is the case for products containing more than 12% Hydroquinone. Step 3 and 5 contain 4% so this product is not included in that. If you feel you need to, taking a break from it is always ok though!
It truly depends on the client! Some people can use the full line and do not need maintenance. Other people have tougher melasma or melasma that resurfaces with hormones or any Sun exposure so they do continue to use it. It is a case by case basis. Hope that helps!

Started Obagi NuDerm -- when can I apply the ElastiDERM facial serum and eye cream? Do you recommend the ElastiDERM products after the NuDerm regimen is completed or can I use them simultaneously? Your videos provide clear and knowledgeable instructions. Thanks!

I have never heard that one. If it was harmful long term then why do so many Doctors sell it? I think your Dr needs to do some research.

You can but it is recommended to use them together to achieve the ultimate results :)

The clear isn’t prescribed for acne, it’s something you could use when your acne isn’t active to help with any scarring if you have any.
