Thank you so much for making this video! I love how detailed you went. I've been wanting to do this exact thing on my 2006 Matrix and you just gave me the confidence I needed to know it was possible! I've never modded a car before, but this seems like a really fun project! I want to install this CarPlay Radio, purchase a rearview camera and hook it up to the screen, and maybe mod the steering wheel to add steering wheel controls and hook that up to the system? Not so sure about the last part... Let me know what you think!

Sometimes people don’t like to order from there since the shipping might take a long time. I guess it’s more for convience.

    $408 for a radio I never heard of? I don't think so.

They are a decent radio for the price. I have had many of the cheap $100 radios and they usually will last about and year and start giving issues. The Idoing Radios I have had for several years with no issues!

I think it's crazy to spend $500USD on a car stereo for a 20 year old car.

You think its crazy but if you keep investing 1-2k per year on this thing keeping it going, it will outlast and still be cheaper than anything you buy that is 10 years old or newer... why not keep it going? Mine is at 210k miles and shows no signs of stopping soon.

It’s much cheaper to spend a few hundred dollars on a new radio to get all the fancy things a new car has. Without having to buy a brand new car.
Sure there might be some cheaper options. But this radio has really good internals and will last a long time.

its all to invest in a car that someone loves and cherishes. To some people its worth it.

maybe bc not everyone has $20,000 to drop on a new car every 3 years. you probably don’t even have a license, child.
