Some tips for people (tho some of these I think are answered in the video)
Torches can only be built on walls, which is why he couldn’t place them early on. You can remove torches by interacting with them(Z)
Krabby and Corphish are good early game cutters, and can be found on the beach. However, if you come across a Bellossom, grab it: it’s friendly, high leveled, and is fully evolved so it can chop big trees.
The rocks themselves can be gathered by Rock types with the Smash command.
Indoors, the dresser lets you change your player outfit color, while the mirrors let you change the look to a different sprite.
Each Pokémon has a habitat it likes, when you have them in enclosures they will only produce resources for you if they’re in a habitat they’d like. Same may be true for breeding as well, unsure.
If you feel like you’re always running out of resources, try chopping in the forests with the tall (1x2) trees, there’s a ton of them. They give you more wood if you aren’t able to chop the larger trees yet. As for grass, the savanna looking biomes have the two tall grass that can give you 4 grass each.
You can plant Apricorns and Berries. The berry it gives you depends on the terrain it’s planted on. For Apricorns, it’s random, so I recommend crafting PokéBalls you like with them, but planting the Apricorns for balls you don’t like. I also believe Miracle Seeds can be used yo plant more grass if you need it.
Those chests called Storage arent for items, they store Pokémon like a PC. This is *not* universal, two different Storage boxes will hold different mons.
When you get a dark type, it gains the Attack ability. If you have mons you no longer want, or an egg you don’t want or don’t want to hatch, you can use your dark type to “betray” them. This is also useful while breeding for shiny mons, if you use the Attack command on an egg, and it’s going to hatch into a shiny, the egg will show up as shiny.
Heading to the edge of the map via surfing or flying will let you generate a new island. You will be able to return to your main island by flying back. I recommend doing this for resource gathering! That way you don’t completely ruin the natural look of your main island.

You can also use the Dark ATTACK option to attack wild Pokemon without them getting the attack boost from being angry.
Poison types have the REPEL skill, which I believe stops random encounters from appearing in the grass
@@michaelkowal3230 Yup! Though it is worth noting that it only stops lower level encounters. So if the Repel mon is the highest level on ur team it effectively stops all encounters since grass encounter levels scale with your team average
Note: the kind of berries that grow depend on what they're growing on, so to grow other berries, you'll have to dig the grass up and replace it with some new terrain such as soft sand

such a cool concept for something like Pokémon! As a sandbox lover, I couldn't resist and tested it myself. I really liked it, although the mechanics could be expanded. And they could add more objectives and a coherent progression/difficulty. I mean... you can easily beat it if you catch a flying mon (especially Volcarona) then just rush Mewtwo. Anyways, it offers a different experience on how you play Pokemon. Props to the dev.
Still very early in development. I'm sure there are great things to come to this game
This game is incredible, it would be cool if it were possible to put more advanced skins in the pokemon battle. But the game itself and the whole system is absolutely amazing.

You'd think a Heavy Ball would be somewhat effective against a fully-evolved Pokémon, but no, Quagsire is so light, a regular Poké ball is more effective.

@@OldHeadClips That'd be cool. I'd like for ppl to see what I've built and see other ppl's worlds but I hope it keeps it's solo offline option. Having an offline game is great for me cause my internet is the Katy Perry song Hot N Cold.
How do you play it
One Thing that its cool in poke wilds Its that When night and you at desert you better avoid be close to cactus Because they will be Cacturne Disguested then start Chase you They did a good job in poke wilds
But just like with ghost types, light will stop the cacturne from getting to you, my personal favourite pokemon to help with that is ponyta due to the added speed and terrain movement
To get evolution stones, get a ground type and use the dig skill at odd spots in the ground, they often have evolution stones and the kind depends on where it is, so you can get ice stones in the snowy tundra for example

The game works good on a laptop even if it isn’t a good one
I Captured legendary mewto in a building somewhere in the middle of the map. But maps are random generated and is not the same for every player. Problem of this game is pokemon don't learn the normal set if moves. Fir example i have a Venusaur level 60 that doesn't learn solarbeam, petal dance, sludge bomb. Also a Blastoise that doesn't learn Hidro Pump, Skull Bash, Ice Beam. A Garachomp without earthquake.

The v0.9 update will bring multiplayer to the table and no, I don't know when. On the other hand, Project Regions is working on making the first 5 regions pokéwilds like if you like that sort of gameplay.

You do so many cuts (not the pokemon kind) that this video has no natural flow to it whatsoever. You're basically always talking. You cut in the middle of your sentences ahead to a half second later in the sentence. It gives me a headache to watch.
Sorry about that I got this new editing program to help me save time editing, it auto cuts for me and I'm still working out how to make it work correctly
