Pokemon altered platinum is a rom hack based on renegade platinum which means that the game is a lot harder than the regular platinum, trainers have competitive teams but best of all this game has altered shiny forms as well as new regional forms with some really cool type combinations! So let's see if these pokemon can beat altered platinum!

But yeah, there's a few things that aren't going to make much sense if you don't look at the documentation.
Budew-S evolves into Roselia-S by learning Detect, which then evolves into Roserade-S by learning Aura Sphere. It's based on shounen protagonists, so it starts off super weak and wimpy, and requires a lot of training to fully evolve it(this would not be the case if you could use a Shiny Stone), but it's worth the wait. Roserade-S can either have Technician or Pure Power, and it's a very strong attacker no matter which it gets.
That shounen inspiration is why Roselia-S has Oblivious as its ability- shounen protagonists are notorious for being romantically oblivious!
Lopunny was able to hit your Lanturn-S because it has Scrappy as its ability. With the changes made to it, it's basically Mega Lopunny without the need to Mega-Evolve.
You weren't doing much damage to Bastiodon with Water moves because it's a Steel/Dragon type now. Most fossil Pokemon aren't Rock-type anymore!
This change was mostly made since the Rock typing really hurts a lot of the fossil Pokemon, and there was mostly no way to make Bastiodon a good defensive Pokemon with a Rock/Steel typing.
Candice's Frosslass also oneshot your Flygon-S because it has 120 Special attack now, and hers is holding a Life Orb. Also, Flygon-S is pretty squishy.

I like flygon, it fits the theme of space in the sinnoh region (There should of been more Pokémon to do with space because of team galactic!) and I really like studying Spaceflight.
Just started downloading it, i think it would be really cool to do a shiny only with the recolored shiny of the run, i would really love it ^^

@@Usario321 'always'. No, they won't. the only real benefit GBA has over DS & 3DS romhacks is the availability of programs like RPGMaker. Speed is an inevitable product of time with emulation. Wasn't long ago people said 3DS emulation wouldn't happen and there's already romhacks for it
Play Pokémon Glazed! It was a great game iirc. I had a really fun time playing it. And yeah you can get mudkip in the game.

Also, when u said the Altaria was dragon and psychic type, it reminded me of when i created 2 fake fossil pokemon called Ultiago and Ultiamer. They were basically dragons (Ultiago was bipedal and Ultiamer was quadroped) that had goat horns and they were also Dragon-Psychic type. Good times.
Hi Zwiggo. Thanks for the showcase. It is always a fun watch. I have a suggestion. Since there are many altered pokemon here, why not do two or three E4 & champion repeat with different altered team? Meaning you can showcase more altered pokemon power. Thanks

Pretty good hack, made many alterations myself. Re-balanced all the Pokemon and teams, and made the game extremely more difficult, as it was very easy.

Angelo rules is soooo good! I love smart characters fictional or irl that's why I like you, disguisedtoast, and technoblade. Angelo rules is my favourite cartoon because of that reason

I’ve been playing this game, and the catch rate is absolutely destroying me. I’m throwing 30+ poke balls to catch a single level 10 Pokémon with HP in the red. Something funky is going on and it’s driving me nuts.

@@mera-mera-burn I legit just stopped lol playing it because it was ruining the game for me lol I genuinely doubt they adjusted the catch rate, but I’ve literally NEVER had that issue in any game I’ve played. I missed out on catching multiple Munchlax because I threw 30+ poke balls at one and ran out and had to leave the battle to buy more. I’m not really into cheats for something like that lol actually, the only cheats I like using in general anymore is to speed up Gen 4 games, and walk through walls cheats in romhacks that dont remove the HM necessity.
I'm still playing this one from the release it's a lot of fun especially the shiny odds

Yeah it’s likely because it’s based on Renegade Platinum which made Mawile have its mega ability and stats (I think) they likely did the same for Lopunny
