as others have said, take the bottom of the laptop off, 100x easier to fit the ribbon, taking the bottom off is easy. And yes thank you for the instruction.
I think u take the too much time to take off the keyboard ribbon cable from the MB. I just replace one same model machine keyboard in 5 mins. U should unscrew all the bottom cover screw and take the bottom cover off, and U will find out so easy to take off the cable from MB. Anyway, thank you for your share

Yes, it is easier to take off the bottom cover and connect the keyboard cable. Otherwise a good video.
