Hey, you may also use a smaller vehicule because of the fee, idealy the tuk tuk, because it has enough space to make everything fit, but only has a 7,5% fee.

Here's the way I do it in vr:
1:go to the roof and turn off the power
2:go to the vault and steal it all
3:after that, go to the room next to it and steal the painting
4:I forgot to mention this but after step 1,knock out the guy and use the ball and chain, the chain will glitch through the wall, so put the ball on one side and then put that leg holder on the other side.

i keep getting the guard spawn where they either spawn inside the keycard room or outside the vault hallway 😭

The paintings are worth 210k or so a pop, and if you want to just not have to deal with guards at all, you can always get a camera to beep at you outside and shove some couches in the front and back doorways so guards are sorta softlocked outside the building

I do a similar strategy, but with a climbing axe It makes the first part way easier

I also figured out that you can climb onto the roof by climbing on the palm tree, its way faster

i think its been patched i cant climb up the first jump

you have to first jump on the little fence, then jump to climb the wall. but you can also climb up the palm tree, its way faster
