It's amazing that the owner and creator of top notch products has so much respect and admiration for Suzie and what she does. You can see how much he respects her by the way he looks at her.
Sure, he may seem awkward to ppl who aren't used to it or haven't been exposed to his style, but he's *made* himself. He's owning his style, and he's being the person that he wants to be and at the same time creating a successful business. That is hard work.
What might seem "creepy" to a lot of the commenters is they most likely expect Max to act or sound a certain way, based off of their perception of both his style and success.

It's great to see both max and Suzie bounce ideas off of each other for the design of the nails and support each other even if something doesn't quite work out. They are both an inspiration. The world would be happier if everyone could be mutually understanding of each other and willing to learn from the other as these two demonstrate.

I was just observing how the product behaved and thought it looked cheaper than Kleancolor, which at least gives full coverage. And that ombre brush isn't as nice as Moyra's or Born Pretty's.

It does define him as a person. The way he dresses says he loves the image he has of himself over the image society wants him to portray. He is comfortable showing us how he sees himself and I think that makes him a beautiful person.
I LOVE Max. Love how he has his own style and is not afraid to flaunt it. He seems like a genuinely sweet guy, and I can't imagine him trashing anyone for dressing too normal or being different from his own tastes. Everyone should be able to show off their style and not worry about people judging their character because of it.

I'll admit. When the camera cut to Max in the beginning of the video I shouted a little, "Ah!" in surprise. It was like seeing a friend you wouldn't expect to be in a same area of space as you at that moment. It was probably the hat that threw me off. So damn you Max Estrada! You jump scared me almost to a heart attack! 😂 lol
As for all of you, this is the LAST community I'd expect to be judgemental of ANYONE at 1 million strong. Yes, Max seems different. He ALSO seems like a very open-minded individual who created a successful business and gave Suzie his products *personally*. In the nail industry most founders NEVER do that. Unless the nail tech is a guest stylist or working under that founder it's rare for the creator of any brand to do.
Again, it blows me away how easily the lot of you can instantly say something nasty with that mob mentality. How about instead of having your knickers in a twist you take into consideration that we need to support and learn from each other? Suzie doesn't HAVE to do these videos. It would have looked nicer, to seperate the colors, if that is what your wanting, this video was to use the ombre brush and she didn't do an ombre but a gradient where any two colors are blended together with an ombre brush, nothing else was going to happen except blending HAHA. I kind of wish the pinky matched or the glitter was faded towards the free edge of the nail. It still turned out great.
Everyone is being really hard on him. Last i knew we were not suppose 2 judge on appearance. I personally luv that Susie has all walks of life in her video's. You could probably buy a cosmetic sponge and get a quicker and smoother blend, a bit messier though, I'd have to say.
I don't think she's doing it correctly.
I don't even bother using an extra brush to do ombre like that anymore. I just use the brush from the polish bottle, it blends a lot easier. And you can just wipe off the brush before putting it back so the colours don't mix together in the bottle.

Nail Career Education HELLO from Toronto Suzie!! ... just a suggestion for the ombre brush, try longer strokes instead of short quick ones... plus ombre brushes are usually used with gel polish, which is probably easier. But experiments are fun😁 😉 hope that helps.

Hi, I'm from the UK. It's actually 2:10 am here (I can't sleep, Suzie is such a comfort at times like this ) I just wanted to say, we call a diaper a nappy and the trunk of a car is the boot here too. I guess it's obviously from the British settlers there.

Think of it as a textured painting. It's not perfect but the end result is still really nice.

My two favorite nail people in a single video, I feel like I just won the video lottery. You've literally taught me everything I know and I adore maxs products. I'm disabled so it's taking forever and a day to collect his line but I refuse to use anything else. His products are amazing and definitely worth the time I spend saving up to collect them.
