eBikes are a good thing for old people, it keeps them going for long distances w/o having to risk wear and tear on their kneed or muscles. I'm 52 and riding my road bike now it's becoming a bit more tiring, then again I ride 48 miles in one day and I'm starting to feel super beat some days than others. I know one day I'll just stick to walking instead, but the key thing here is to keep moving, stay as active as possible as the years go by.
