    Great review!!! After watching all of your videos and others on RUclips I purchased the Vitilan i7 Pro. The one I received was even more powerful with additional options. That bike is a beast. And you’re correct. It definitely does not disappoint. The power the speed which rather shocked me that it would go that fast, you know what I’m talking about, lol. Thanks for sharing and really enjoy all your videos. Keep up the great work Jeremiah. 😊😊😊

    Looks very similar to the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS Pro, but Biktrix also offers a dual battery configuration for extended range. I currently own a 750w rear hub drive, which works well enough for groomed trails, but for true off road, single track, and steep hills bikes like this would be a better choice and will certainly be my next bike.

    I just got back from my maiden voyage on this bike. I bought it from Himiway direct and it took only like 5 days to receive it from CA. Was easy AF to assemble, although I am mechanically inclined both mentally and physically plus a ton of tools. But what’s nice is you don’t need any mechanical knowledge and they give you ALL the tools you will need to set assemble it and set this up according to your dimensions. That’s a nice touch. And a decent baseball cap. I actually used and like the rear light. It’s decent quality and bright enough when I go onto a roadway at night it seems. I think that is also a nice way to complete the package for any type of riding scenario. They have you covered. I took your advice and setup the software to increase my speed after I took it around the block on factory settings first. And man o man does this thing hum 😎! The hype is real, if you can afford it and your in the market, I can’t see how someone would be disappointed. Nice write up man, I’ll be watching AND riding 💪🏻💪🏻🇺🇸

    I don't know if it has been mentioned yet, but when this came out last year, I was debating between this one and the Eunorau Specter S. They have almost identical specs, the Specter was $3799, and on black Friday I got it for 15 percent off. But what made me get that over the himiway, was because there was a Eunorau dealer close to me, so I went with him. Love the bike

    I just bought my first ebike, its got dual suspension, big headlight, hydraulic brakes, and a 1300 watt hubdrive motor. I put 30 miles a day on it, 700 miles in just a month, throttle only. It cost around $1500, its called an ActBest Pioneer. It works for me. I would recommend it to anyone who is skeptical about thos technology. It tops out at 38 mph, but likes 30 all day.

    Prices are definitely coming down on powerful e-bikes. The Himiway is down to $2,319 with code Himiway80. I went with the Keteles K800, dual 1000w motors, 48v23a battery, hydraulic brakes, fenders, lights, rear rack for $1,200. Great bike that does 35mph all day long and has plenty of climbing ability. I believe it’s the same bike as the Philodo, Senada, Lanshanchu and SMLRO - all of which are $1,050 to $1,300 now.

    I think it's 2,000 watts of power and 300nm of torque... it's wild

    I built a custom E mountain bike with Bafang ultramax motor, also helped a German company, Innotrace, develop and fine-tune an amazing controller. Not only puts out over 2500 W with a 52 V battery, somehow, the range is better than the stock controller. I can send you pictures of what I built, can’t upload them on your RUclips channel, but think you would be interested. Hmm I’m not sure but they do make neoprene sleeves that would cover the battery and I think I even seen one the other day that is heated, but I don’t remember where I seen it. The main thing is keep your battery warm until you use it and try not to use it with a very cold battery or don’t charge it when it’s very cold, I would keep the battery at room temperature until you use it.

But they are currently asking similar prices to big brand bikes, however the components are usually not as good. And what I mean by they don't get it quite yet, is little touches like this bike needs a short 40-50mm stem for example, not a 100mm road bike stem!

First of all, I couldn’t find a repair shop that would be willing to do warranty work because “ Himiway doesn’t pay their bills” I finally found a dealer that would work on my Cruiser, but wouldn’t wait for reimbursement from Himiway because they don’t pay. There is a bike with front and back suspension, 1000w mid drive motor, fat tires, hydraulic brakes, 37mph, weighs 30kg and hidden battery all for $1884. This is not quite as big as the cobra but more convenient. I know you like your folding 20 inch wheels JD so I think you should take a look at the Accolmile Rhino. The battery isn't as big at 16.5ah but for the price you can't really moan. I feel with the smaller wheels and customisable BBSHD motor it will beat the Cobra for hill climb.

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  2 года назад

    A little confusing about what you said about pedaling uphill. Yes or no for pedaling uphill?

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  Год назад

      Yes I would always help pedal up hills. Although not always necessary it will help with range and help keep the motor cooler.

      Completely different with this one being a middrive and having an air suspension in the front and rear. This Cobra pro is definitely better in my opinion.

    How tall are you and did you find the ride comfortable? Did you have to lean forward or were you riding upright? I’m 5,8 and about 175lbs.

      I’m just under 5’8 with a 30” inseam and it is a very comfortable ride. I didn’t feel like it was too much of a reach for me.

    I was looking for a replacement for my 2016 Radrover. Found a local dealer out of state for a Cobra Pro test ride and purchased it after 30 min ride with the shop owner. An improvement over my Radrover in every single category.

    low cadence with high gear on mid drive motor isnt ideal. it could overheat and defnately lowers your range and efficiancy.

    Awesome review Jeremiah! I'm really interested in a mid-drive over a hub drive, liking the idea of the necessity of using the gears. But in your opinion, would having a cadence sensor on this mid-drive bike instead of a torque sensor make it any less enjoyable? Maybe the different sensors are just a matter of preference?

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  2 года назад +1

      I really like the way the torque sensor works over the cadence sensor especially since you have a throttle to use at any time.

    I remember buying my 1989 GSXR 1100 for $4900 in 1990 from a guy who's wife was making him sell it with 300 miles on the odo. It could hit 180 MPH, did that, ONE time only. Scary. But it could definitely handle hills.
