I started playing softball again 4 seasons ago at 60 yrs old after not playing for 25 years. I play well but the last 2 seasons I've been struggling at the plate for consistency and lost some power. Thank you sir my batting average has skyrocketed since I started watching your instruction it also works for slow pitch softball I play in men's league baseball and slowpotch softball I have not put one over the fence in years I did this year baseball working on long ball so far a break of singles which is a good start fir me
I do not skip a rock by using my elbow mechanically. Instead you just feel the rock and naturally skip it along the water. Once you have the feel it is easy to recognize
@@Navs126 totally - One way to swing, throw the bat back as you thrust the hip forward after coiling around your leg and slipping the hip socket off the femur ball of the back leg with the bat rotating on a perpendicular plane to the back forearm as body weight moves forward but not before rearward snap of the barrel begins, just like Bonds. Great hitters do not have to tilt.
Your all the way wrong if you see som guys in the bigs the majority of them are tilting and the guys who rotate are mostly one season wonders
