This is a myth.... It's depend on person to person.... If u r okay with 4hrs of sleep thn u can..... There are people successful even with less thn 4hrs of sleep..... It's only a habit

I usually sleep 6 to 7 hours and yet perform well next day...
If you are sleeping 8 hrs per day, you wasted 1/3 of your life....keep it to max 7

This is all bookish knowledge. There were Sadhus who slept for just 3 or 4 hrs and lived for years
