It’s good to see a camper trailer out and about. Can’t wait to see your adventures! We want to head out too but need a hell of a lot more prepping first!
Really appreciate the feedback 👍 yeah it took maybe a year or so getting everything together hey and a few trips to nail it all down. Even then there were some things we didn't 😂
Good set up, similar to us. We have a 2019 pajero towing a ezy trail dual fold- camper looks very much same same. We pissed off all those cushions saves a heap of room, put 3 big solar panels on that roof rack either side of the cage on steel frame- on hinges they swing up when stationary and i used the tent holes to hold them up. 600 watts of solar 👍
2019 paj would be a beauty mate 👍 and with all that solar you could stay off grid as long as want 💪

Great channel mate. I'm about to take my Camel Camper Superlite FF6 on trip up to Airlie Beach also. Its made by MDC and is very close to the Cruizer Slide in design.
So my main concern is packing up and setting up in rain having a slide out bed.
I've gone with a oversized waterproof mattress protector for both beds as my idea is to leave the beds setup (minus pillows) with these over top and tarp over dinnette area.
Will see soon enough how successful that plan is as rain is expected.
Also noticed you did the jetski trip I am keen on doing at Airlie.

Oh man, we loved Airlie Beach! Such an amazing place. Let us know how you go mate, I think leaving beds made is the go as well. We very nearly went for the slide as pretty practical.
You will love the Jetski as well, so much fun and the water and surrounds make it a great experience.

Great video mate. I too have a Robson and we love using it. My question is, does your power inlets inside camper work when you plug to charge your phone or does it only work when you're in a powered site. Cause the power inlets don't work on mine when off grid.
Yeah they only work when plugged into power mate. Basically transfers power from the external 240v point. Thanks for the support 🍻

Great video. How do you find the camper? Am looking to upgrade to one
Started with Google of where we could see campers as we had no idea where to start and checked out all the showrooms in Perth.
Then thought maybe there would a second hand one hopefully as the robbo or that type was way out of our budget of 20k but was really the one that suited us best. We checked gum tree and there was a few different brand available.
We checked a couple that were only a couple of years old and found ours for 22k. I'll add this was just as covid was starting out and we were sorted. 👍 Really appreciate the feedback also 🍻
@@gettingaroundaus Cheers for that. Yeah went and had a look at a new one today. Then gonna look at some second hand ones. Would you recommend them. It’s really hard to find any user reviews on them.
Can only speak for ours but I'd buy second hand again for sure. I think if you do your checks and make sure things work/operate properly there shouldn't be any major surprises
