EXACTLY! The young man had two hands, one holding a large bag of foot long subway subs & the other hand holding his keys & unlocking the door w/them! If he had a gun it had to have been in either the front or back of his pants. The only other option was the young man was wearing a gun holster but there was NO WAY on God's green earth that he was holding his gun & waving it OR pointing it at that trigger-happy tyrant w/a badge!

@@Organicme1 they are evidence because the officer said he gave a command and the victim didn't comply, it shows the victim may have possibly not heard him.
What are the odds he was a police informant?
Two different officers stated they saw a gun. What was he doing waving it around? That's not the characteristic of a licensed gun owner, and if Goodman was licensed he would've known to always comply to a police officer who would have asked him to keep his hands away from the weapon until the officer reviews his carry license. If it's all legit the officer would simply tell him to have a nice day.

Sad and could of been avoided. As someone with a license to carry I'm sure it tells you what to do when approached by law enforcement. It is your right to carry but also a responsibility to be compliant.
