No. Ludwigs father, Johann, had already became a heavy drinker when Ludwig grew up. Although kept part of his salary, as a kind of charity. Mozarts father lied about Wolfgangs age.

My son plays classics, though, like liszt, beethoven, chopin motzart etc... my son has been playing for only 2 years, but he astonishes everyone he plays for, blew his piano teacher away, and he went on to an advanced piano course with a university.... hes starting to write his own pieces now and honestly, they sound like something incredibly professionally made by someone who has been writing music for a long time
I wonder why parents are so eager to push this wonderful boy into the adults life I am afraid it is more for satisfaction of their EGO than education. The boy plays the piano wonderfully but he is just a child!!! Ok, Mozart´s father was a tyrant as well but I thought all those times were well passed ago. It is abhorrent
Alma said, “Half the time I’m a little girl; the other half I’m a serious composer.” Guy and Janie Deutscher seem to have given her a relaxed path to Carnegie Hall.
Lol I can only play Rudolph the red nosed reindeer and jingle bells and 4 chords on keyboard but I can only practise at school because I don’t have one but I’m getting one tomorrow :D
The father is living his life vicariously through his son. Unfortunately, that is, typically, a Jewish phenomenon. I wonder did anybody ask the boy if he was happy being pushed through his childhood?
2:36 "There is a theory that children can be taught anything" In Shinichi Suzuki's book he mentions that children between the age 0 and 6 are in their prime developmental stage. This is where children can and are able to learn anything from the first day of their lives.
its not just music, this boy has a keen understanding and perspective for things, the way this guys puts things, explains them, means he is minutely observing everything. And conveying in the best possible manner. This is marvelous.
Wonderful! In every sense of the word. Mozart, Saint-Saens and many others were extremely gifted at an early stage in their lives. I love everything about this family and how it has provided such a healthful climate for this young man! Keep up the great work Ariel; however, don't burn yourself out. There is plenty of time if God gives it to you! It is not about being young; it is about being musically sound at any age - bottom line.
I love his thinking and ideology. He is absolutely correct. Sacrilegious hacks like Lydian who just play fast should not be considered geniuses. Edit: Lydian is starting to improve and put more emotion in his playing. Hope this keeps up.
The little guy is an incarnation of an old soul. Parents have not much in all this, they just have to support and encourage him in his efforts. Good luck !
i know someone who plays just as well in my band. he got in when he was in 4th grade, even though the band was for high schoolers (we usually allow middle schoolers if they’re really good). he’s the main pianist, while im just the backup, even though he’s 6 years younger than me. he composes his own songs, too. by the way, he’s asian.
I can't begin to imagine how proud the parents must be. Cudos to their effort and passion they transmitted to their child in a way that was accepted and not rejected. And you young man deserve all the best in the world.
This proves that we sometimes bring forth information from previous lives into this one . This is so much bigger that just a child that happens to be gifted on the piano. this is part of the awakening process on this planet . so we can raise the vibration and break through the force screen in the mean time this is so amazing to see this boy !!
What a fantastic gift to be able to play so well. Be careful of the 'pressure' that can come if you go at it too hard, but at your age, the world is your oyster. God Bless you and all you achieve.
I Show You What Genius Realy Means In this video q the begin is a song "Sunday Morning" she compose it at age 3 and play it at age 5. It's made to a piano lesson. VIDEO: Piano Lesson based on the music of pianist & composer Emily Bear
Prodigy: a young person who has a natural ability to do something extremely well. I guess his parents haven’t taken the time to look up the word in the dictionary for him to know the definition. He is a prodigy by definition.
“Don’t film me, don’t film me”- you could tell there that the only reason the dad acted like he thought it wasn’t that bad was because he didn’t want to look bad under the cameras.
I like how they discipline him because it's important but they go to far. That lady who said something like "You wonder what he will bring to the world but what would be the sacrifice" is correct. Discipline is important but not if it adds bunch of stress and he also needs to enjoy his childhood. I don't think he's a genius but he was molded.
I've been trying to learn piano for a long time now...this brat blows me away!...NAW, he's no brat, he's a gifted savant, like my mother inlaw, Julliard trained pianist who played with precise measure and she sounded as stiff as her personality! My son plays like an angel, began playing age 3, was told he played with his soul...and that is a special gift not many are blessed with! YES...young children can achieve a lot more than a 66 yr old woman...like me!...I learned "Hot Cross Bunns", both hands! Everybody needs exercise, of course, but sports are a waste of time and a good way to bust up your bones, tendons and brain. I don't see that he's sacrificing anything except things in which he has limited to zero interest anyway.

Why would a 10 year old child need the money? he wouldn't know what to do with it but buy what he likes. And they are very supportive parents they taught him piano and are very proud of him and they even bought a piano that cost thousands of dollars just for him before he was born. The parents are better off with the money, how old are you 10 as well? jeez that explains it all, so for the people who likes this kids comment aswell.
Welp, we know for sure this kid's parents are rich. You see, my parents didn't have the money to put me on TV even when I played Beethoven sonatas and started composing music at the age of 7. And I never considered myself as a "genius" or "superhuman".
The kid is now 23 years old and he is not the next Mozart, i am not being rude or criticizing him but to be the next Mozart by this time he had to have composed something relevant and to my understanding it is not the case, he's just playing piano and the last i heard of him he finished 3rd place in a piano competition, which is great but far from being the next Mozart.

Just asking - what should they do ? I'm legit not trying to piss you of, whatsoever.
Alma said, “Half the time I’m a little girl; the other half I’m a serious composer.” Guy and Janie Deutscher seem to have given her a relaxed path to Carnegie Hall.
I just learned how to play twinkle twinkle little start on the piano and I got super exited
Lily G. Totally understand u :(
Lily G. That is okay! That is where this kid started and look at him now! Keep going!!!😁😊
Lol I can only play Rudolph the red nosed reindeer and jingle bells and 4 chords on keyboard but I can only practise at school because I don’t have one but I’m getting one tomorrow :D
Lily G. Wow let me ask you something what were you doing at 4
"Is it professional, is it professional?" Just shows how far beyond his experience he is.
Wow! I love how he asked if he was "professional". An amazing work ethic already at 10 years of age. Many blessings for him and his family.
It's really great that he's this advanced in music this early on in life but his dad seemed a little controlling on the whole thing
I don't like his Father, far too pushy. I hope Ariel doesn't end up a basket case before he's twenty.
he's already 22
Lynda Painter ~ Lang Lang did.....!
People push too much, he is a child let music remain fun.

this boy loves classical music
The father is living his life vicariously through his son. Unfortunately, that is, typically, a Jewish phenomenon. I wonder did anybody ask the boy if he was happy being pushed through his childhood?
2:36 "There is a theory that children can be taught anything" In Shinichi Suzuki's book he mentions that children between the age 0 and 6 are in their prime developmental stage. This is where children can and are able to learn anything from the first day of their lives.
Its not about how gud you are in playing the piano
Is how much emotions you put in it and the pain to love it!
its not just music, this boy has a keen understanding and perspective for things, the way this guys puts things, explains them, means he is minutely observing everything. And conveying in the best possible manner.
This is marvelous.
“3 Months” with Simply Piano.
Parents putting too much pressure on this poor boy....he'll go on to his teenage years and perhaps revolt 😈
His intervew at 4:20 is so perfectly accurate, glad he's composing already!
I pray this doesn't end in tragedy
I love his thinking and ideology. He is absolutely correct. Sacrilegious hacks like Lydian who just play fast should not be considered geniuses.
Edit: Lydian is starting to improve and put more emotion in his playing. Hope this keeps up.
@@cracknblast8247 when I clicked I was expecting him to be one of those who impresses by playing fast, but simple pieces like a robot with no emotion.
Y does he look like a young Michael scofield lmao
wow, you nailed it. Loved that show. Watched the first few seasons on Hulu, but never got back to it.
The little guy is an incarnation of an old soul. Parents have not much in all this, they just have to support and encourage him in his efforts. Good luck !
Only human: this kid plays better than professionals!
Valentina Lisitsa: *hold my beer*
Lol yeah
i know someone who plays just as well in my band. he got in when he was in 4th grade, even though the band was for high schoolers (we usually allow middle schoolers if they’re really good). he’s the main pianist, while im just the backup, even though he’s 6 years younger than me. he composes his own songs, too. by the way, he’s asian.
You Just had to mention that last part
Peter Thurman obviously lmao
I can't begin to imagine how proud the parents must be. Cudos to their effort and passion they transmitted to their child in a way that was accepted and not rejected. And you young man deserve all the best in the world.
Don’t forget there’s a 8 year old Jonah Ho playing Hungarian Rhapsody No.2
Wait srsly?! How... is that even possible
well he must have some large hands
unnamed boi i wouldn’t say large hands but I can send you the link to it

They should teach him to be humble
Angelo Idisi This is honestly the biggest thing. It’s amazing that he is this talented but he does need to learn how to be more humble.
You need to learn to shut up lol
İts good to be confident tho, especially in the music industry.
Damn right u need to learn to shut up 4:44
why?
Wow in our Filipino Language.....Napakagaling ng batang ito sa Piano.Saludo po ako.
But does he practice for 40 hours a day like ling ling?
He is a beginner in the arts of ling ling
What kind of people are they.. Leave him be and let him got to school
You're jealous because you're mediocre. Being a genius takes sacrifices and pain.
@@Neuroneos in some way you are right.
This proves that we sometimes bring forth information from previous lives into this one . This is so much bigger that just a child that happens to be gifted on the piano. this is part of the awakening process on this planet . so we can raise the vibration and break through the force screen in the mean time this is so amazing to see this boy !!
Beautiful child - those eyes...
Feel like he’s living his fathers dream somewhat.
What a fantastic gift to be able to play so well. Be careful of the 'pressure' that can come if you go at it too hard, but at your age, the world is your oyster. God Bless you and all you achieve.
A PRODIGY HAS ALREADY DONE THE HARD WORK TO BECOME A WORLD CLASS MUSICIAN IN A FORMER LIFE.
Does anyone know what song he is playing in the beginning, is it his own peice?
It's Beethoven that he's playing, not his own piece
Pioneer Spongebob do you really care
Beethoven sonata
Pioneer Spongebob it’s the third movement of a certain beethoven sonata in c minor
don’t remember sry
Beethoven sonata no 13, second movement
What a wonderful beautiful gift. I would most definitely go and watch him
7:43 if my child would be playing like he did I wouldn't say: we will talk about that🙄🙄
He’s amazing and a beautiful boy too. He will be great.
I Show You What Genius Realy Means
In this video q the begin is a song "Sunday Morning" she compose it at age 3 and play it at age 5. It's made to a piano lesson.

You will get tired, specially if you play late nights and not used to it.
Prodigy: a young person who has a natural ability to do something extremely well. I guess his parents haven’t taken the time to look up the word in the dictionary for him to know the definition. He is a prodigy by definition.
Talented and humble, most adults can't even grasp being humble, really cool kid
Amazing! It's so much fun to listen to him. All the best! ♥️
This boy is NOT being abused...this child would NOT be happy playing kickball and playing video games..he MUST play music as that is in his soul.
Hi Zelda . . . . I've longed to be able to play piano just a little bit. Alas, I cannot. I should have started as a child.
@@clintwalkwood4503 why not start playing and learning to play? Never too old...I'm 66 with a learning disability and I am learning to read and play..you can do that too...I. finding a way to do that inspite of my ne disability and pain...tons of free piano everywhere and teachers will make sure that you have the opportunity to learn by discount lessons...or others will help you with your wanting to learn and sponsor you...if money is a problem
Thank you for your encouragement. God Bless You.
How sweet, “Is it professional?” What a sweet baby. Love him.
Haha
Wow!! His parents were brilliant in how they raised him from the start, he is incredible...kudos to the whole family!
I heard somebody say what he was going to sacrifice, as a musician and as a human being. This is what I fear for him. May God Bless him and place him in the right path.
When i was his age my mom enrolled me to a piano class,,i was traumatized by the piano teacher coz whenever i make mistake she hit my hand with a wooden ruler..i just finished module 1 then i quit...
I am so sorry. Go back to it. You'll see.
How dare anyone hit a musician's hands! What a monsterous thing to do.
This child is a true genius he sounds really smart and I feel that he’s going far.
That’s so weird and cool... I wish I had a talent😭😭

What an impressive theory: A child can be the best in any field... just need the right guidance. I cannot imagine the work and effort both him and his parents had to put for him to achieve this goals. So glad I found this video!
that was professional

So wonderful. However, has this boy had opportunities to do sports and dance and experience other arts and all other free-flowing things kids need to do? Maybe get in trouble like most little boys? Haha.
I am so pleased to see this talented boy and I sure hope the best for the rest of our youth.
Thank You

Everybody needs exercise, of course, but sports are a waste of time and a good way to bust up your bones, tendons and brain. I don't see that he's sacrificing anything except things in which he has limited to zero interest anyway.
So gifted a boy he is although I would love to see my son as gifted as your son is to enjoy all the things in the world. A Renaissance Man enabled to share his gifts.

Poor parenting, who gets the money he makes!
They bought a Steinway for him to use, do you know how much a fucking Steinway costs? Clearly the money is going to the kid.
He's like 16 now and lives in the UK
Ant There’s something called a bank account and/or piggy bank.
@@ATROFlAR seriously? Where exactly?
I admire how these parents believe in their child and encourage him to hone his talents!
Welp, we know for sure this kid's parents are rich. You see, my parents didn't have the money to put me on TV even when I played Beethoven sonatas and started composing music at the age of 7. And I never considered myself as a "genius" or "superhuman".
Weird flex but ok
1:32 His achievements is far more than any most gifted child I've known....How about Mozart?
I think she meant any child she personally knew though
Limits only hold back those that doubt. Ariel has no limits. Love this determination.
