This song is freakin' insane, it's not just one of Kajiura's best works, but it features a lot of unconventional things: - First and foremost, Kajiura herself singing. - Keiko singing at possibly the lowest range out of all the songs she's in. - Wakana also going lower than her usual. - A kick-ass bass solo by Jr. on 3:16 Also, it's so hard to keep track of who's singing what! Aside from Kajiura and Keiko, everyone's switching between highs and lows, and the lyrics are sometimes divided between Kajiura+Keiko and Wakana+Yuriko Kaida+Kaori. Truly amazing, damn.
I noticed all that as well!! The fact Kajiura is singing blew my mind and you can just tell how much the bass player is groovin' out!! She made her own genre and her music is a timeless legend, and transformational to all those who listen.

As one would think, her primary intention is to be able to make her work as freely as possible - especially the productions outside of anime. Unfortunately that’s as far as this news goes - thus, I couldn’t tell you if any of Kalafina would be joining. (Because it would seem like such an obvious choice, but contracts still apply to the remainder of the group.) Secondly, I keep talking about the “Kalafina trademark battle” but now it’s actually on the table, being debated. Keiko’s not alone, she smartly grabbed some lawyers, even though she has a strong claim and reason to grab the trademark back. But even if Spacecraft wins, I feel like they’re about to try to mold Wakana and Hikaru into ⭐️“IDOLS”⭐️, at which point I’m sure they’d be like “lol bitch you thought” and slide right out - hopefully to FictionJunction Music, but don’t forget: just like Kaori Oda and Yuriko Kaida, Wakana and Hikaru don’t have to be tied to Yuki Kajiura.

This song is love from the first time i heard it in 2008 live vid. uu, I always fascinate how amazing the whole thing musically combined together. thx to how clean this version seems to be, let me try to dissect the vocal's on the hook part(the starting part)... Keiko is obviously gonna stay on lower lines and yeah she continued to sing the lowest part which take the melody on the first round Kajiura..... surprisingly sang the same line as Keiko's with her more sharpy voice Kaori is another easy to spot. She sang the upper line on first, and then jump up to the highest line on second and so on Yuriko's part seems to be the spotlight the melody part in this song. She sang lowest part on first, (maybe) jump to highest with Kaori on second and then finally evolve into the same line as Keiko and Kajiura's but in higher octave Wakana... that leaves her only one part to fill... which is that mid-voice murmur-like part on a single note that has the same lyrics as Kaori's part after that, i don't know... Kajiura seems to still be the lowest with keiko (or maybe i'm just hallucinating) and maybe yuriko took the highest voice of the main melody? (mostly it will be Wakana sings the melody while Yuriko support with either higher or lower, but not the other way around) or maybe i was wrong at interpreting the melody line lol. how do you guys think?
